"Maria, you always know how to make my day better," you say with a smile as you take the tray of delicious-smelling tacos from her hands.
"Oh, it's my pleasure," Maria responds with a seductive smile. "I love making my neighbors happy." She leans in close to you and whispers teasingly in your ear, "Especially when they're as cute as you."
You feel a shiver run down your spine as she pulls back with a grin, and you can't help but feel a little turned on by her flirtatiousness.
"I was actually about to do some yoga," she says, gesturing towards the mat laid out in her living room. "Want to join me?"
You hesitate for a moment, but the idea of getting a little exercise with your hot neighbor is too tempting to resist. "Sure, why not?"
