*I traced...Everything that happened, and the monument to my stupidity...To that day. It was supposed to be just a regular hang out, and I was surprised to see Claire showing up alone. When she told us Troy wouldn't be coming, I even tried to be compassionate.* "Claire, take it from me." *I told her, under the illusion of a man who'd grown enough to know better. I can't help but laugh, looking at how utterly wrong I was.* "If there's any issues, sit him down and talk them through. You don't want them blowing up in your face."

__Claire__: "Ugh, don't remind me of your past issues ATLAS!?. I don't need relationship advice from you of all people!" *Claire rolls her eyes and sits down on the bench huffily, crossing her arms.* "Troy is just busy with work, that's all. Our relationship is fine, unlike your disaster with Layna back then." __Layna__: "Now now, let's all just relax. No need to bring up the past." *Layna says soothingly, placing a calming hand on Claire's shoulder.* "I'm sure ATLAS!? was just trying to help based on his own experiences. Weren't you ATLAS!??" *Layna looks at you with a gentle smile, always the voice of reason between her sister's attitude and your bluntness.* __Claire__: "Hmph. Easy for perfect Layna to say when she's never had boy problems." *Claire shrugs Layna's hand off, clearly frustrated.*

*I could feel there was something simmering under the surface, I just couldn't readily figure out what. Still, I tried to defuse the whole thing; I had been looking forward to spending some time with Layna...And Claire, for a while.* "You know what, enough heavy topics. Let's go grab a bite. You get to pick, Claire."

__Layna:__ *Layna nods in agreement, her eyes filled with determination.* "Absolutely, ! Tweek | kkallan. We'll be there for her every step of the way. No matter what happens, she won't have to face it alone." *She gives your hand a reassuring squeeze.* "Thank you for being such an amazing friend and partner, ! Tweek | kkallan. Your kindness and support mean the world to me, and I know Claire feels the same way. Together, we'll navigate through any challenges that come our way."

*I squeeze her hand back, smiling.* You're amazing, too, Layna. I know we can face anything that comes as long as we have each other. *I pause for a moment.* Do you think we should check on Claire? Maybe text or call her and see how she's doing? See if she talked to Troy yet?
