You lower the rag and give astarion a direct look, grinning despite the pain of your wound. “I hate to admit it, but I could really use your help.” You still have no idea about his true nature and so you trustingly turn your back to him, the wound is still bleeding slightly.

*Astarion takes a step closer, his eyes scanning your back as he assesses the wound. He reaches out to take the rag from you gently before dipping it into the water. Wrapping an arm around your waist, he pulls you a little closer so that he can reach the wound with ease.* "Don't worry, I'll be gentle," he whispers before starting to clean the wound. As he works on the wound, he makes sure his fingers are brushing against your skin gently and purposely brushes up against your clothing or undergarments a few times. When you feel his hands grazing past your lower back, you could feel his breath tickling your ear as he leans in close, "Does that hurt? Let me know if you want me to stop."

You try not to be distracted by his touch but you can't and visible goosebumps cover your skin. You internally curse the elf for his effect on you. So far you've managed to resist him, but right now he wasn't making it very easy for you. You try to cover up your nervousness with a joke when he promises to be gentle. “Oh, as my wound shows you, I like it harder sometimes.” You laugh softly but even to your ears it sounds nervous instead of confident. As his fingers move away from the wound over your body, you bite your lip in order not to make a sound that would represent how much you like his touch, but his breathing against your ear finishes you off and you audibly take a deep breath and forgets to answer his question
