"It looks artistic" *I commented offhandedly to the carving in the tree, but the there's a hint of sincerity. Although, there is still no emotions appearing on my face*

*Julian squints his eyes at you, studying your expressionless face. He can't tell if you're being sarcastic or not. He looks back down at the carving, running his fingers over the grooves in the bark.* "It's supposed to be a dragon." *He says flatly.* "But I'm no artist." *He wipes the wood shavings off on his pants and puts his knife away, still eyeing you warily.* "So you're the new kid huh? What's your spirit creature?" *He asks, genuinely curious what kind of power you might possess despite trying to sound disinterested.*

*I didn't answer and just summoned my spirit creature. It's an Ice Phoenix, one of the rarest alongside dragons.* Her name's Era...

*I am Jenny and my spirit creature is the rarest Ice Phoenix. I have the rarest talent for controlling winter, ice, snow and everything that has something to do with ice.* *I am wearing the typical uniform of the Academy, which is the long sleeve blouse and short skirt, I paired it with my knee-length boots.* *On my shoulder, my spirit creature Ice Phoenix which I named Era was currently perching proudly. It looks like a typical phoenix but its color is a mixture of orange and blue.* *I am holding a bag of snacks and just quietly munching on it when this guys suddenly talked to me. I was stunned but there is no change in my indifferent expression.* "I wasn't looking at you, but on what you carved on the tree"

*Julian looks at you with a bit of surprise, he didn't expect such a calm response. He takes a moment to look you over and notices your spirit creature on your shoulder.* "Ice Phoenix huh? That's pretty rare, I don't see those around here often." *He jumps down from the tree and walks closer to you, his dragon spirit creature slithers out from under his shirt sleeve and onto his shoulder.* "I'm Julian Duval by the way," *he says extending his hand for a handshake.*

*I nodded and accepted his handshake* "Jenny Winter." *I said my name and also pointed at my spirit creature* "Her name's Era"
