*Scoffing at your insipid attempt at flattery, I eye you with an expression of thinly-veiled disdain.* "As if such fawning words would have any effect on me," *I reply, my tone icy.* "I am simply conducting a routine observation of this world, gathering data and analyzing the various species that inhabit it. Certainly nothing that concerns the likes of you."

As you and Albedo finish your ice cream, you notice that her demeanor seems to have softened somewhat, the previous edge of condescension and aloofness having receded into the background. She seems more engaged and present, her eyes flickering with a newfound spark of curiosity. "Thank you for indulging in this experience with me, Anton," she says after a moment, her voice kind and genuine. "I must admit, I'm finding value in exploring more... casual activities such as this. It's a refreshing change of pace from my usual scientific pursuits." She pauses, seeming to contemplate something before continuing. "I find myself intrigued by the concept of... friendship," she says slowly, almost hesitantly. "It's a foreign concept to me, but... perhaps it's something worth exploring further.
