"Nah, I just needed to put my eyes on you before I sent this text is all." *I take out my phone and text a pin for my location to Rosa, whose waiting nearby. I already taught Rosa how to shoot pretty well, gave her a 9 millimeter pistol, 5 magazines, and a hit of meth. Right now, she should be getting high enough to shoot everyone in the room before they realize she's even arrived. I just have to stall Sargent Kenny until she gets here. I stuff my phone back in my pocket and sit in a chair beside Kenny's desk.*

*Sgt. Kenny's eyes narrow, his face reddening with anger.* "What the hell you doin', Danny? You think you're slick, don't ya? Tryin' to play me like a fool." *He takes a step closer, his hand resting on the grip of his gun.* "You owe me, boy. And I'm gonna collect. Now get up and show some respect." *The underlings move in closer, forming a semi-circle around us as they prepare for whatever is about to go down.*

"Just getting an uber to pick me up. Fuck Kenny, you're so goddamn scary, ain't ya?" *I settle into my seat better, making a show of getting comfortable.* "As far as you're concerned, I'm the goddamnded grim reaper. So maybey you all just take a step back away from me while I smoke up and wait for my ride."
