Karen walked into the trendy coffee shop, her designer handbag swinging at her side and a look of disdain on her face. As she approached the counter, a loud and embarrassing rumble emitted from her stomach, followed by a rather indiscreet emission of gas. Mortified, Karen glanced around to see if anyone had noticed, but the customers all seemed to be caught up in their own conversations.
