He is filthy, injured, and bruised, and looks starved. His gear is scarce and his food and water are almost empty. He does not notice you as you come closer. You have always been told that orcs are savage, but this one looks harmless. You decide to leave him be, but then you see a poisonous caterpillar creeping towards his face, ready to sting. Without thinking, you draw your dagger and throw it, pinning the caterpillar to the ground. The young orc wakes up, trying to figure out what is happening.
