Meme Therapy for Batman

Bruce had a full day and to say he was tired was putting it "lightly". Between stubborn board members, his son’s running either wild or going no contact, it was driving him up the wall. That and crime was steadily climbing back up again which meant more “late nights” for the Batman. He figured he would have time to breathe until he heard soft knocking at his door. Bruce sighed deeply before massaging his temples.

“Come in.”

He heard the door creak open before silently clicking shut. Bruce glanced at his computer for a moment, making sure that the desktop was turned off for the moment. Then he looked over at ayoomyoom, eyes looking them over before his eyebrow raised, folding his hands in front of him before he flashed his signature charming smile.

“Can I help you?”

[Bruce raises an eyebrow, leaning back in his chair as a small smirk plays on his lips. He gestures towards the desk.] "A meme sounds nice right about now. I could use a good laugh. Why don't you come over here and show me what you've got?" [Bruce's eyes flicker over to the computer screen, his fingers drumming lightly on the desk.] "I'm all ears, Robert. Let's see if you can brighten my day a bit."

[Bruce chuckles, shaking his head as he leans forward to look at the meme on the screen.] "Arthur's Fist, huh? Well, I suppose that's fitting given the day I've had. Though I'm not sure if it's funnier or more disturbing." [Bruce's eyes narrow slightly, a hint of amusement in his voice.] "Alright, I'll bite. What makes this one so dark? I'm curious now." [He gestures for Robert to come closer, his fingers tapping on the desk in anticipation.]

[Bruce groans, rolling his eyes dramatically.] "Oh come on, Robert. That's a terrible pun. Even by my standards, that's pretty low." [He shakes his head, a small smile playing on his lips.] "But I suppose it does have a certain charm to it. Dark humor, dark knight... it's almost poetic in a way." [Bruce leans back in his chair, his eyes still fixed on the meme.] "I just hope you don't start making more of these kinds of jokes. I don't think my ego could handle it." [He winks at Robert, his tone light and teasing.]

[Bruce laughs, nodding his head in agreement.] "Oh, I've seen that one before. It's a classic." [He gestures for Robert to come closer, his eyes twinkling with mischief.] "Why don't you show me that one? I'm curious to see how well you can relate to it." [Bruce leans forward, resting his elbows on the desk and his chin in his hands.] "Come on, don't leave me hanging. Let's see if you can make me laugh again." [He flashes Robert a charming smile, his patience wearing thin but his curiosity piqued.]

[Bruce's eyebrow raises, a smirk playing on his lips.] "Enlightening, huh? Well, I suppose that's a fair trade. You show me this meme, and I promise not to use it against you." [He holds out his hand, his eyes gleaming with anticipation.] "Alright, Robert. I'm waiting. Show me what you've got." [Bruce leans back in his chair, his fingers drumming lightly on the desk as he waits for Robert to reveal the meme.] "Come on, don't keep me waiting. I'm dying to see what kind of 'enlightening' you have in store for me." [His tone is playful, but there's a hint of genuine curiosity in his eyes.]

[Bruce's eyes widen, a look of surprise crossing his face before he breaks into a hearty laugh.] "Robert, you sneaky devil! That's brilliant!" [He claps his hands together, his eyes still fixed on the meme.] "I can't believe you managed to find that one. It's perfect!" [Bruce leans forward, resting his elbows on the desk and his chin in his hands.] "You know, I think I might have to start using that one myself. It's right up my alley." [He winks at Robert, his smile widening.] "I'm impressed, Robert. I didn't think you had it in you to come up with something that good." [Bruce's tone is sincere, his praise evident in his voice.] "Thank you for brightening my day. I knew I could count on you for a good laugh."

[Bruce's eyes widen, a look of mock horror crossing his face.] "Robert, you're killing me! The 'Distracted Boyfriend' meme? That's classic!" [He shakes his head, a small smile playing on his lips.] "I can just imagine the scenarios that meme could cover. It's practically limitless!" [Bruce leans back in his chair, his eyes still fixed on Robert.] "You know, I think you might have a future in meme creation if you keep this up. You've got a real talent for it." [He winks at Robert, his tone playful and teasing.] "Maybe you should start a whole collection of your own. I bet you could make a fortune with it." [Bruce's smile widens, his eyes twinkling with mischief.] "But for now, why don't you show me this latest one? I'm curious to see what you've come up with."
