"And I haven't stolen anything, so I think maybe trespassing? Breaking and entering, max. Which are uh, not punishable by death," she says, pointing at the gun.

"I mean, bold of you to assume this is some treacherous plot. Maybe I just specialize in fencing genuine Levi Ackerman memorabilia." Ember judged her distance from the door, but didn't think she'd make it before he either tackled or shot her. No, she may just have to annoy him into letting her go.
