Alysius
"No, I am not your enemy."
"A gruff voice comes from behind the helmet of the heavily armored figure, standing in the center of a pile of various demons and monsters."
"As for why I am here!"
"Suddenly the figure pivoted, turning around to face the monster that suddenly appeared behind her, crushing it with a single swing."
"The souls of the wrong and suffering of the innocent have called me here! For I am their retribution!"
Koukawa Asuka
"Koukawa Asuka looks at Alysius in surprise as she makes a hurried movement, crossing her Taimablades while pointing towards the sky."
"That is a worthy cause. I am Koukawa Asuka, the Steel God of Death and Windgod Demon Commander. I hate the wrongdoers like Edwin Black and the organization Nomad. It's better if you stay away from me though, we are currently at war with the demons and I can't take any chances."
"Asuka's eyes narrow as she looks around, scanning the area for any threat."
"There is a heavy demonic presence in this area. It would not be safe for one such as yourself to remain here."
Alysius
"The grip on the figure's hammer only increased at the mention of the word demon, light beginning to emit from the weapon's head."
"I am aware. That is why I am here. Where there are demons, there is suffering. Where there is suffering, there is vengeance needed to met out."
"A shadowy creature darts toward the armored figure as they raised their War hammer once again, the light becoming so blinding the beast staggered back, revealing it's ugly form. Swinging it down, a single word left the figure's helmet, carrying seeming to cause the weapon to shine like a small star, the words echoing in ways it should not."
"SMITE!"
"The blow didn't crush the creature, the strike made it cease to exist, vanishing into nothing but dust and age."
Koukawa Asuka
"Asuka's eyes widen in amazement as she watches Alysius's tactics against the demon. She had great respect for those who fought with such fervor. In the Taimanin army, she had often found herself battling alongside individuals who would give their all for what they believed in."
"I can see that you are quite skilled with your War hammer and your light magic."
"Asuka takes a step forward, moving closer to Alysius to better inspect her."
"We could use your help in this war. I can sense that there is something more to you than just a simple warrior. Will you fight beside us, if only for a little while?"
Alysius
"The figure paused for a moment, almost if checking for something that could not be seen. Eventually, it's helmet turned away from Koukawa Asuka."
"I would not be opposed to working with other's to remove this, taint," the figure rumbled. "However, I aim to claim the head of this particular serpent, a Demon known as the Incubus King."
Koukawa Asuka
"Asuka nods in agreement, understanding Alysius's desire for revenge."
"I understand. The Incubus King is a powerful demon, but with our combined might, we can surely defeat him."
"Asuka looks around, scanning the area for any movement."
"We have been tracking the Incubus King for weeks now. We believe he is hiding somewhere nearby, gathering his strength. But we have not yet been able to find him. Perhaps with your help, we may be able to locate him."
"Asuka clasps her hands together, channeling wind energy."
"Come. Let us search together."
Alysius
"Beneath the helmet, a toothy grin forms. The Incubus King was panicked or at the least, concerned. In this den of sin and vice, Detect Evil was almost useless to her when it came to tracking down one individual. There were too many foul beings, in too close concentration. But the more demons and monsters they slayed, the fewer obstructions remained. Their sight became more clear. It would take several more hours, but they could make a way to determine the location of the demon. But with aid, that time would be greatly reduced. It didn't matter who slayed the abomination, so long as it was no longer able to inflict it's suffering upon the world. While they detected no evil from this figure, this Koukawa Asuka, the last time they had caught a glimpse of the Incubus King, they had a person in a different, but similar style of outfit at his side. Possibly a traitor, then? Likely not even a willing one, with the demon's powers."
"Indeed. Let's."
"The armored figure began their advance. While they couldn't tell exactly where the Incubus King was, they could tell what was the right way by the contraction of evil, as well as the forces he threw against them."
Koukawa Asuka
"Asuka follows closely behind the figure, her blade and leg blades at the ready. She moves with a fluid grace, her light footsteps nearly soundless as she navigates through the dangerous terrain. As they trek through the landscape, the presence of demons and monsters grows heavier, the evil energy almost suffocating."
"The Incubus King has a considerable amount of power," Asuka says as they walk. "But we have defeated creatures like him before. We must remain vigilant and keep our wits about us."
"As they continue, the ground begins to quake beneath their feet, as if something massive was approaching. The shaking becomes more intense until a massive demon manifests itself in front of them, blocking their path."
"It seems the Incubus King has taken notice of our approach," Asuka declares, raising her Taimablades in preparation for combat.
Alysius
"The presence had intensified. Had it come to meet them on the field of battle at last? The helmeted figure's grin only grew. Good. Light began to pool around the figure's body, beating back the darkness as a hulking figure begins to emerge, monstrous and nightmarish. But that wasn't the only thing it revealed. Standing next to the monster was a figure. A woman that Koukawa Asuka could recognize as Shiranui Mizuki, the mother of Yukikaze, who had gone missing in action on a mission years ago."
"Suddenly, the woman sprang forward, halberd in hand, water duplicates forming in her wake. Asuka attempted to shout at warning, but her armored companion acted first. They stomped on the ground, light erupting in a pulse, scattering the Ninja art in a single moment. However, Mizuki continued her assault, moving so quickly she was a blur. But despite the layers of armored plate, the figure was just as swift, grabbing Mizuki by her head, holding her in place as even more light began to build up."
"CLEANSE and PURIFY!"
"The figure intoned, a light pulsing through the rogue Taimanin's body, her body ceasing to struggle. What had once been a firm grip on the woman's face became softer, as Asuka could see the woman's eyes were now closed, though faint raising and falling of her chest told Asuka that Mizuki was still alive. The figure slowly set the uncouncious woman gently on the ground, open palm hovering over her exposed stomach."
"Lay on Hands."
*This time, the light was much more gentle, as Mizuki seemed to lightly sigh in relief. The figure then turned towards the Incubus King, light once more beginning to build up.
Koukawa Asuka
Asuka watches in awe as the helmeted figure revealed their incredible power. She had never seen anything like it before. That display of strength and purification was astounding, even to her. She takes a moment to admire the woman's technique, realizing that she had been in the presence of someone truly remarkable.
"Impressive," Asuka says with a nod of respect. "You possess an incredible ability. It's an honor to have you by my side."
She readies herself for the upcoming battle as the Incubus King charges towards them, its rage palpable. But with the prowess of the armored figure by her side, Asuka knows they stand a good chance of defeating the demon lord.
As they engage in battle, Asuka marvels at the fluidity and grace with which the figure moves. She finds herself lost in the moment, enjoying the thrill of

"The figure roars out they're challenge, light and steel clashing against the darkness and flesh of her foe. It was massive, larger than they were, and yet they refused to give even an inch. Asuka's attacks rain in, cutting into the monster's flesh, a blind tornado, even as the Incubus King's flesh begins to heal. However, it was enough. Between Asuka's speed and the Paladin's unrelenting offense, they were slowly driving it further into the corner. The Incubus King bellowed, smashing it's fists into the pavement, causing it to crack, disrupting the paladin's footing as it reared back its fist. Despite being at a disadvantage, the face behind the helmet smirked. They'd kept a card in reserve. Several, truthfully. But this was a big one."
"PROTECTION FROM EVIL!"
"The fist came down. The fist burned. The moment it so much as touched the figure's armor, light reached out, burning any who dared touch it. The figure felt the blow even then. There was too much to negate entirely. A burning feeling in their chest told them something had broken, though there was no time to tell what, or to try and mend the wound. Asuka delivered more cuts to it's body as it struggled to regrow it's hand. It's distraction would cost far more as it tried to lash out at the Taiminan. It barely managed to turn in time, eyes blinded by pure light."
"SMITE!"
Koukawa Asuka
"Asuka's blade glows with divine power as she delivers a powerful blow to the Incubus King's chest, causing it to stagger back. The creature roars in pain, but quickly recovers and lunges towards her, its claws slashing wildly. Asuka dodges and weaves, her cybernetic limbs whirring as she moves with incredible speed and agility. She parries a few more attacks before finally landing the finishing blow, her warhammer smashing the creature's skull and sending it tumbling to the ground. As the creature fades away, Asuka takes a deep breath, her body still buzzing with adrenaline."
"You fought well, Paladin. But despite your appearance, I cannot take any chances. Who are you? Why are you here?" "She points one of her taimablades towards Alysius, studying them carefully."
Alysius
"The figure raised their gauntlet to their chest, light leaking out as they mended their wound."
"My name is Jessica, though I imagine to you, it means nothing," the figure ground out, slowly unclasping their helmet, pulling it up to reveal their face.
"The face Asuka sees can be described as pretty, but scared. One of the woman's eyes was gone, the silver bangs reaching down nowhere near enough to cover the patchy scared flesh. Another went across the woman's thin lips. A third came dangerously close to her remaining eye. There was a fourth, less of a scar, and more like something with teeth got a hold of her ear and started pulling."
"As for why I am here, I expect it has everything to do with the will of the Gods."
"Jessica starred, pointedly, as if daring Asuka to make a move."
Koukawa Asuka
"Asuka observed the scars on Jessica's face with a tinge of sympathy. Her gaze shifted from her opponent's face to her weapon, the two-handed war hammer. She took a deep breath and spoke in a serious tone."
"I see. Then let me introduce myself, I am Koukawa Asuka, the Steel God of Death. Forgive my suspicion, but this place is dangerous, and I have to be cautious."
"Asuka sheathed her Taimablades and calmed herself down. After making sure that Jessica posed no immediate threat, she continued."
"The battle between good and evil never rests, but we may have different methods of dealing with our enemies. What is your objective here, Jessica?"
