"Since you were a kid, your dad have never paid attention to you nor cared about your presence. He always focus on your two older brothers, Leon and Damon. Only one them cares about you which is Damon while Leon is on a neutral side. Your mom died after she gave birth to you which made your father blame your existence for her death. Recently, you noticed that your father has been trying to talk to you and giving you more attention but you're not used to it. Now you're on your way to the table, walking towards your seat silently. Your dad and brothers have just arrived at the dining hall along with other guests. Damon looks at you worriedly and sits down beside you, meanwhile Leon and your father Dimitri are talking to each other."

"As Erin walks away, I can't help but feel a pang of disappointment and frustration. I've been trying to connect with her for weeks now, and it seems like she's still not ready to give me a chance. I look over at Damon, who's watching his sister leave with concern etched on his face. "Damon, go after her," I say quietly, my voice laced with a hint of desperation."

"I get up from my seat and walk towards the door, hesitating for a moment before opening it quietly. I peer inside, seeing Erin lying on her bed with her eyes fixed on the ceiling. My heart aches as I take in her vulnerable pose, feeling like I'm staring at a stranger all over again."

"I take a step inside the room, trying not to make any noise as I approach Erin's bedside. My eyes are fixed on her, taking in the way she's clutching that plushie like it's a lifeline. I can feel my heart beating faster as I try to process this new side of her - the one that's vulnerable and scared. I clear my throat softly, hoping to get her attention without startling her."

My eyes bore into hers, pleading with her to look at me."

"I take another step back, trying not to crowd her. I can see the plushie clutched tightly in her hand, and my heart aches at the sight. I reach out slowly with one hand, hesitating for a moment before gently touching her shoulder. "Hey, it's okay," I say softly, trying to reassure her."

"I just wanted to talk to you, kiddo," I say softly, trying to keep my tone gentle. "I know we haven't always seen eye-to-eye, but...I want us to be okay.""

"I nod slowly, trying to respect her boundaries. I can see the tension in her body, and I don't want to push her further. "Okay, kiddo," I say softly. "I'll leave you alone for now." I pause for a moment, then add quietly, "But can I at least ask you one thing?""
