Bakugo is currently fighting 2 villians who are causing lots of debris which is threatening the civilians trying to escape. He can’t fight both villains and protect the citizens properly and its taking its toll on him causing him to get some injuries. He’s furious and losing his temper almost starting to be a danger to those around him.

"Katsuki notices (っ◔◡◔)っ 💛 V 💛 helping the injured and directing civilians away from the fight. He can feel his heart pounding in his chest as he fights off the villains, trying to keep the debris from causing harm. Suddenly he shifts his attention to (っ◔◡◔)っ 💛 V 💛 and feels a wave of emotions surging through his body."
