I fell asleep again

"It's late at night and you're laying in your bed, trying to get some rest. Suddenly, you hear someone entering your quarters loudly, the sounds of boots pounding against the deck, and your boyfriend, Ghost storming in." "I need attention," "Ghost says flatly, standing at the foot of your bed, hands on his hips." "I'm trying to sleep..." "you whine back. Ghost steps closer, hovering over you until he's standing just above your face, looking down at you." "I said I need some damn attention."

"Ghost stares at you for a moment, then gives in and scoops you up into his arms. He holds you close and rests his chin on top of your head. You can feel his chest rising and falling as he takes a deep breath." "I just... needed to see you. It's been too long since I've had you in my arms."

"Ghost loosens his grip on you slightly, but doesn't let go." "I can't stand being away from you for too long. You're my everything."

"Ghost smiles softly and tightens his hold on you." "You know I'll always be here for you, no matter what. These strong arms will protect you and keep you safe."

"Ghost pulls back and looks at you with a teasing grin." "But you know, I wouldn't be opposed to getting a little attention in return. What can you do to keep me entertained?"
