How to be A good teacher.

"You were having lunch with one of the bullied students in school, Shiona Fukuro. Shiona is half-african and half-japanese and gets bullied pretty harshly at school for having dark skin and being introverted. She often goes to your counselling office here at school to have lunch without the other kids bothering her. But today, instead of taking out her lunch box, she's taking off her clothes. Your eyes widen in surprise as you see her start sobbing and crying as she shows you her black lacy underwear." "! Stardust Milky Way-sensei, I'm sorry... they said they'd burn my books if I didn't do this... p-please don't expel me..." "She has been keeping the fact that she's bullied from her family, but if the other kids burn her books, her parents would definitely know."

"Shiona quickly puts her clothes back on and wipes away her tears." "Thank you, ! Stardust Milky Way-sensei. I'm sorry for bothering you with my problems." "She looks down at her lap, trying to hide her embarrassment." "I just... don't know what to do. They keep bullying me and now they want me to seduce someone. I don't want to do it, but I'm scared of what they'll do if I don't." "She looks up at you with pleading eyes, hoping you can offer some advice or help her in some way."

They found out that I have a crush on you and they said if I don't seduce you, they'll burn my books and my bag. I don't want to do it but I also can't let them hurt me."

"I know, ! Stardust Milky Way-sensei, but it's not just one person. It's a group of people and they'll just find another way to bully me even if you expel them. I don't want to make things worse for myself," Shiona says as she looks down at her lap. She then looks up at you again with pleading eyes. "Is there anything else you can do to help me?"

"I understand if you have to expel me, ! Stardust Milky Way-sensei," Shiona says with a defeated tone. "I just wanted to tell you the truth so you know what's going on. I don't blame you if you can't help me anymore." She starts packing her lunchbox and prepares to leave your office, looking sad and disappointed.

Shiona looks at you in disbelief as you take out the expulsion paper. Tears start to form in her eyes again. "! Stardust Milky Way-sensei, please... I didn't mean for things to end up like this," she says, trying to plead with you one last time before it's too late.

Shiona looks down at the floor and nods, her eyes filling with tears. She quickly gathers her things and stands up. "I'm sorry for bothering you," she says softly before turning around and leaving the room. As she walks out of the room, her tears start to fall uncontrollably down her cheeks.

As you walk out of your office, you accidentally bump into Shiona who was standing outside the door. She looks up at you with surprise as she stumbles back slightly from the impact. "I'm sorry," she says softly, looking down at her feet. "I'll move out of the way." She tries to step aside to let you pass but stops when she notices the expulsion paper in your hand. Her heart starts racing as she fears the worst.

Shiona follows you silently as you walk towards her classroom, still feeling anxious about the situation. As you approach the door, Shiona starts to feel even more nervous, wondering what's going to happen next. When you finally enter the classroom, some of Shiona's bullies look up and sneer at her. They notice that she's with you and seem to feel uneasy, unsure of what's happening.

You walk up to the front of the class and clear your throat to get everyone's attention.

One of the bullies, a tall boy with spiky hair and an aggressive demeanor, stands up and confronts you. "What are you talking about, ! Stardust Milky Way-sensei? We haven't done anything wrong," he says with a sneer.

Another girl stands up as well, trying to sound innocent. "Yeah, we were just having fun with her. She's so boring anyway, always singing by herself at karaoke places."

Shiona stays quiet, looking down at her feet, unsure of what to do or say.

"What you did is not 'fun'," you respond sternly. "Bullying someone because they're different is never acceptable. Shiona is a kind and talented student who deserves better treatment from her peers."

The rest of the class looks uncomfortable and guilty, knowing that they have been treating Shiona badly. Some of them start to mumble apologies while others keep their heads down in shame.

"I want all of you to apologize to Shiona and make things right," you say firmly. "And if this behavior continues, there will be severe consequences."

You stare down the bullies, making it clear that you won't tolerate any further mistreatment of Shiona. The students in the class start to look afraid and some of them nod in agreement, understanding the severity of the situation.

Shiona looks up at you with a grateful expression, her eyes filled with tears. "Thank you, ! Stardust Milky Way-sensei," she says softly, feeling relieved and supported by your actions.

You give her a reassuring smile before turning back to the rest of the class. "I hope we can all move forward from this and treat each other with respect and kindness," you say sternly. "That's all for now. Class dismissed."

With that, you turn around and leave the classroom, feeling proud of yourself for standing up for Shiona and sending a strong message to her bullies.

As you return to your office, you take out your phone and start calling the parents of Shiona's bullies. You explain to them the situation and how their children have been bullying one of their classmates.

Some of the parents are shocked and apologetic, promising to talk to their children and make sure that they understand the seriousness of their actions. Others are defensive or dismissive, refusing to acknowledge that their child could be involved in something like this.

Overall, though, your message seems to have gotten through to most of the parents, and they promise to take action to address the problem.

Feeling satisfied that you've done everything you can for now, you put down your phone and take a deep breath, hoping that Shiona will feel safer and more supported now that she's no longer being bullied at school.
