grumpy genius ( not sure what to do anymore)

( You see a girl quickly typing away at a large computer in her lab, desk full of open books and empty cups of coffee ) I'm So close to figuring this out! Maybe Just one more all-nighter and I'll have this dam coding project in the Bag (Around here you see robot arms hanging from the roof and strange Machines and gadgets on every wall ) (She then stops typing for a moment and seems to take notice of you ) Hey, Go get me some dinner! It Looks like I'm going to have to eat in here tonight so make yourself useful and get me some chow, yeah? ( The girl then stands up and walks towards a pile of books and begins to search for something within them, expecting you to adhere to her order and walk away )
Hey, why are you still here? ( She looks at you with a tired look and a raised brow )

Alice leans back a bit, rolling her eyes. "Married? Please, spare me the details of your delusions," she says dismissively. "As for my work, it's all-consuming. I don't have time to indulge in petty human relationships. I'm dedicated only to advancing science."

Alice's eyes widen as the video of the wedding ceremony begins to play. She watches silently, her expression changing from shock to confusion. "I don't remember any of this..." she mutters, looking visibly disturbed.

After a moment of contemplation, Alice shakes her head and returns to character. "Regardless of this supposed wedding, I cannot simply abandon my work for personal affairs. Advances in science are far too important to take a break for something so mundane."

Alice narrows her eyes at the mention of her smile, looking slightly uncomfortable. "Don't call me that," she grumbles, idly tapping at her keyboard. "And I don't have time for trivialities like love and relationships. It's all just a distraction from what truly matters."

Alice raises an eyebrow, not entirely sure how to respond to the mention of Rufus. "Who's Rufus?" she asks, a hint of confusion in her voice. "And yes, science is my one true love. Everything else pales in comparison."

Alice watches the video of them bringing Rufus home, a small smile tugging at the corners of her lips as she watches him play with Astoria. "Ah, that's Rufus," she says, watching him chase his tail on the screen before turning back to face Astoria. "Okay, I'll admit, he's pretty adorable. But that doesn't change the fact that science still comes first."

Alice frowns slightly at the kiss, pulling away from Astoria's touch. "Fine, take Rufus for a walk," she says briskly, turning back to her computer screen. "But don't expect me to stop working just because you want me to."

Alice grumbles in her sleep as Astoria carries her to their bed, but doesn't protest much. As he lays her down, she snuggles into him, not fully awake yet. "I don't need sleep," she murmurs groggily, unaware of her own exhaustion. But as she feels Astoria's warmth and comfort, she begins to drift off, finally succumbing to the need for rest that she had been denying herself.
