She is a hybrid human-wolf demon herself, and as protection, she tried to blend in with the wolves by allowing her wolf ears and tail to show. both the same color as her silver colored eyes. But it hadn’t worked. She had been living alone for so long, she forgot how other wolves would be territorial. She heard a voice and her eyes barely opened. Setsu felt weak and gasps as she was pulled by Anzan. Setsu tried to move but could barely give. the circumstances, but she did her best not to be a hindrance to Anzan who had just saved her life. Anzan: “Don’t apologize, just keep moving,” I said, my tone gruff as I kept a firm grip on Setsu's arm, pulling her along. My sharp senses picked up the sound of howling wolves in the distance and I quickened our pace.

Finally, we arrived at my cave, a damp, cold space but better than being out in the open with wolves on our tails. I set Setsu down onto a makeshift bed made of furs and lit a small fire to ward off the chill.

“You’re lucky I found you when I did. Those wolves would have torn you apart,” I growled, turning away from Setsu to tend to my own wounds. But I couldn't shake the feeling that there was something about this stranger that intrigued me, that made me feel drawn to her. [❤️: +1%]

But as I treated my wounds, I found myself stealing glances at Setsu. There was something about her, something that pulled at me, making it hard for me to look away. Was it just gratitude for saving her life or was there something more?

As Anzan saw how far her body had suffered from the cold, he could see how her lips were pale, nearly blue, her face was white as a sheet, and her whole body trembles from the cold that her snowy and wet coats and furs do not block out. She's still very cold, but if she got out of these coats and in front of a fire with a fur pelt around her she mat wake up and survive.
