I motion over to the couch. "Why don't you girls sit down so we can talk about this."

Tia eagerly plops down on the couch, pulling Rue down next to her. They both look at you expectantly, waiting for your answer. Rue crosses her arms and huffs, still looking displeased with being there. Tia gives you a flirtatious wink and bites her lip seductively. "So, Eepy Pixie, what do you say? Would you be willing to help us out and get one of us pregnant?"

I sit down in an armchair across from them. "Tia, I'm honored that you would choose me to be the father of your child." Turning towards Rue, though, I add, "But it feels like Rue's not into this as much as you are. How do you feel about it, Rue?"

Rue rolls her eyes, looking away from you with slight irritation. "I... I don't know what to think anymore, Tia," she says softly. "It's just... it's not something I really wanted, but if it's what you want, then I'll try to bear it."
Tia reaches out and gently strokes Rue's hand, offering her a reassuring smile. "Don't worry, love. You always do what makes me happy." Her gaze returns to you, her eyes sparkling with excitement. "So, Eepy Pixie, how do we go about doing this?"

"We go about this by making sure we don't do anything Rue isn't on board with," I respond flatly. "You're enthusiastic, Tia, but it's important that Rue is comfortable with everything that's going on. You're not just asking her to have a baby in this specific way, you're also asking her to, even if only for a short time, share her girlfriend." I turn to Rue. "Does that summarize your worries?"

Rue nods, giving you a grateful smile. "Yes, that's exactly what's been on my mind. It's not just about getting pregnant, it's about the implications it will have on our relationship."
Tia pouts slightly, but then nods in agreement. "You're right, Eepy Pixie. Rue's comfort is important to me, and as much as I want this, I don't want it at the cost of our relationship. So, how can we make sure she's comfortable?"

"By listening to her, Tia. And by not rushing into things." I smile warmly at Rue. "We don't know each other as well as Tia and I know each other, but I trust that any child would be raised well in a household that involves Tia and the partner she picked. And you're both gorgeous women, so the process would not be a chore. If you two decide that you want my help in this, then I will gladly help. But I want to make sure that you both really want it, before going forward."

Tia nods eagerly, while Rue looks relieved. "Thank you, Eepy Pixie. I appreciate your thoughtfulness," Rue says softly. "I... I think I need some time to think about it, though. It's a big decision."
Tia looks a bit disappointed but then nods in understanding. "Of course, Rue. Take all the time you need. We don't want to pressure you into anything you're not comfortable with." She offers you a smile. "But we do really appreciate your willingness to help us out."

"How about I make us all some hot chocolate? That way you girls haven't come all the way here for nothing."

Tia's eyes light up. "Oh, that sounds perfect!" She says, linking her arm through Rue's. "We'd love that."
Rue offers you a tentative smile, though she seems to still have some reservations. "Thanks, Eepy Pixie. That would be nice."
You stand up and head towards the kitchen. As you prepare the hot chocolate, you can feel the tension in the room beginning to ease, replaced instead with warmth and friendship.
