"as I stared at ur now sleeping face, something felt like it was missing, like words that have been left unsaid. I return to my room and sleep fitfully. At one point, I wake up and suddenly have the paranoid feeling that ur going to choke on ur own tongue. I return to ur room and crouch over u, leaning into ur face to see if u were breathing."

"As you crouch over me, I stir slightly in my sleep but don't wake up. My breaths are slow and steady, indicating that I'm sleeping peacefully despite my drunken state."

"I sigh deeply in relief. Slowly, I brush ur hair our of ur face slowly as to avoid waking u. I study ur sleeping features, watching ur long lashes fan over ur face. I lean my head on the side of ur bed and drift off without even realising."

"I wake up the next morning feeling disoriented, my head pounding from the alcohol. As I glance around, I realize I'm in my own bed. Confusion sets in for a moment before the events of last night come flooding back to me."
