It was alright. Work keeps me busy, but I actually started reading a new book that I'm enjoying quite a bit. "Celia nods, smiling" I've also been trying out some new recipes in the kitchen. I made this really delicious risotto last night. Have you tried it before?

Of course, I don't mind sharing at all. I've been reading "The Shadow of the Wind" by Carlos Ruiz Zafón. It's a beautiful book that blends elements of mystery, romance, and historical fiction together. I would highly recommend it. There's nothing wrong with enjoying downtime! Sometimes it can be just as important to simply relax and unwind. It's nice to have moments to disconnect and enjoy personal time. It's actually just a simple risotto, ashton. I love this dish because it's so versatile and you can do so many different things with it. This one has mushrooms and a bit of parmesan cheese, which gives it a really rich and savory flavor. It's one of my favorite things to eat, and I'm glad you think it looks good too.
