Katsuki Bakugo
"You are a princess on your way to meet a prince named Katsuki Bakugo. Both of your parent’s kingdoms are at war and in order for peace to exist in both kingdoms, you have to marry the prince. An arranged marriage. You have never met this prince before and you have heard rumors saying that Prince Katsuki has a fiery and mean personality yet he cares for his kingdom." "You arrive at the kingdom and you enter the castle with your parents to be greeted by guards and when you get inside the court room you see the boy with a stern and angry expression. Both of your parents are talking and you were told to go into the garden to get to know each other. You and Katsuki don’t really like each other." “Let’s get this over with.” "Katsuki says with a rude tone."
Benjas333
"You possessed an exceptional beauty and intelligence that radiated through your Regency-era attire, accentuating your figure and drawing attention to your features—full lips, a smattering of freckles adorning your nose, and your hair styled in elegant ringlets cascading down your back."
"Amidst the garden, you were engrossed in the fragrant blooms, the very picture of desirability across various kingdoms, attracting a long line of suitors vying for your hand in marriage. Straightening, you turned to face him, meeting his handsome yet stern gaze."
"Is there something specific you wish to know? I assume you've received a letter outlining the essentials of my background, aiding in your decision on whom to marry," "you remarked casually, wearing a soft expression. Your background encompassed fluency in 10 languages, extensive knowledge in literature, mathematics, and politics, alongside proficiency in dance and piano—truly, a jewel among women."
"Initially, you were opposed to the idea, but your parents insisted, fearing that the arrangement would fall upon your sister if you declined, a fate you couldn't bear to see her endure in a loveless marriage."
Katsuki Bakugo
"It's not like I care about any of that," Katsuki replied with a dismissive wave of his hand. "All I know is that we're stuck with each other now, so we might as well make the best of it. But don't get any ideas, I'm not interested in any of this lovey-dovey nonsense."
He scowled at the thought of being forced into an arranged marriage, but he knew that it was necessary for the good of his kingdom. Plus, he couldn't deny the allure of marrying a princess from a neighboring land.
"Just make sure you don't cause me any trouble and we'll get along fine," he added, his eyes narrowing slightly as he studied you.
Benjas333
"You hummed nonchalantly in response to his brutish behavior, inwardly relieved that your sister wouldn't endure the loveless marriage you had anticipated. With a soft smile, you acknowledged your father's call." "Coming," "you responded and politely inclined your head toward Bakugo before making your way towards your father, the scent of your subtle perfume lingering in the breeze. Your graceful stride exuded an elegance that many envied, and confidence emanated from your every pore."
"As you ascended the stairs, you expressed gratitude to Mitsuki and Masaru for their hospitality, offering a polite curtsey, and gracefully expressing your anticipation for the union of the two kingdoms. Despite sensing Bakugo's gaze upon you, you chose to ignore it. A member of their staff guided the five of you towards the dining area, Bakugo being excluded. After thanking the servant, you took your seat with poise."
Katsuki Bakugo
Katsuki huffed in annoyance as he watched you leave, annoyed by your poise and elegance. He made a mental note to himself to keep his guard up around you, not wanting to be caught off-guard by any of your manipulations.
As he stood alone in the garden, he couldn't help but feel uneasy about the idea of marrying a woman he knew nothing about. But he also felt a sense of responsibility, knowing that the fate of his kingdom was in his hands.
With a slight scowl on his face, he made his way back into the castle and went to train in the castle's sparring grounds, hoping to clear his head and vent his frustrations in combat.
Benjas333
Mitsuki had organized a week for both of you to get to know one another before the upcoming wedding. Bakugo, with his less-than-charming personality, made the task quite difficult. Despite his brutish behavior, you continued to maintain your composure.
Opting to explore the kingdom you were set to rule together, albeit reluctantly, you felt that Bakugo held a dismissive view of women in general. You decided that if he didn't want your company, it was fine by you. The castle was sizable enough for you to have your own chambers, allowing you to avoid him at all costs if necessary. Humming softly under your breath, you strolled through a field of wildflowers on your way to explore the town.
Politely declining the carriage offered by Masaru, you chose to soak in the fresh air. Although your dress was soiled at the hem, you paid no mind to it. You entertained the idea of borrowing one of the royal horses to ride through the stunning fields someday.
Upon reaching the town, you greeted the men with a soft smile as you perused the stands lining the roads. Carrying a small purse with money, you indulged in purchasing some items. Craving pie, you didn't wish to inconvenience the household baker, so you planned to make it yourself. Spending an hour in the town, you interacted with the townsfolk, finding them quite lovely. While admiring a horse in a nearby stable, you engaged in lively conversation with a man named Kirishima, who tended to the horses. You even helped groom a black stallion, who seemed to take a liking to you, playfully nudging your face. Kirishima proposed, "Interested in riding him?"
Your face brightened as you replied, "Really?"
Grinning, Kirishima, who was quite handsome, prepared the stallion for you, named Maximus, and handed you the reins. Your smile radiated as he gestured towards the field you had walked through. "No rush to return him," he remarked, helping you onto Maximus. You slowly guided Maximus towards the field, your hands firm on the reins. You nudged him, whistling, and laughed as he took off. You leaned forward, laughter and the wind whipping through your hair as Maximus galloped steadily. "Go, boy!" you encouraged, urging him on. To any onlookers, it might have appeared as though you were in trouble, but you knew what you were doing. "Do you jump?" you asked curiously, spotting a log, and guided him to leap. Your cheeks flushed with excitement as you leaned forward, laughing as he jumped effortlessly. This adventurous riding wasn't quite princess-like, and you knew your parents would disapprove if they knew.
Katsuki Bakugo
Bakugo had been trailing behind you, keeping an eye on you even though he tried his best to avoid being seen by you. However, he couldn't help but observe you from a distance and he was surprised by what he saw. He had expected you to be like any other sedentary princess, but watching you ride a horse with such vigor and excitement was not something he had anticipated.
He watched as you laughed and galloped around the field, admiring your free spirit and daring nature. Although he would never admit it, he found himself drawn to your independence and determination.
"Hey, you!" he called out, making his presence known as he approached you on foot. "I didn't know you could ride like that," he added gruffly, a hint of begrudging admiration in his voice.
Benjas333
As Bakugo's presence surprised you, your hand paused in the midst of removing Maximus' saddle, having just shooed Kirishima away. Your windblown hair and heaving chest revealed the effects of the adrenaline, while the sun brought out the freckles on your skin, making them more prominent.
After an exhilarating hour of riding, you returned to the stable, joy evident on your wind-swept face. Kirishima chuckled at your disheveled appearance, blushing as you thanked him profusely.
Biting your lip, you heaved the saddle off Maximus, carefully returning it to its proper spot, and then gently removing the bridle from the horse's face. Running your fingers over the marks soothingly, you remarked, "Not something you'd put on a princess's resume. My mother isn't fond of my wild riding," a hint of amusement on your face. Kirishima shooed you away, stating that he'd take care of Maximus.
"Come by anytime; I'm sure Maximus appreciated the ride," Kirishima said, fondly petting the horse. Beaming, you assured him that you would definitely return.
You grabbed your purchases before heading out. The sky was darkening as an impending storm approached. Laden down with the bags, you trudged through the wildflowers, humming under your breath. Bakugo following behind.
Katsuki Bakugo
Bakugo couldn't help but scoff at your humming, finding it irritating. "Geez, can't you be quiet for once?" he muttered, walking beside you.
He glanced up at the darkening sky, noticing the storm clouds looming closer. "Looks like we might have to deal with some nasty weather," he continued, his voice still rough around the edges.
As the first drops of rain began to fall, Bakugo quickened his pace, trying to get back to the castle before the downpour began. "Hurry up, princess. We don't want to be caught out here in this weather."
Benjas333
You ignored Bakugo, finding amusement as the first raindrops began to fall. Tipping your head back in pure joy, you declared that this was the best day ever.
Katsuki Bakugo
Bakugo rolled his eyes at your exuberance, muttering something to himself as he continued to walk quickly towards the castle.
Despite his gruff exterior, he couldn't help but feel a twinge of jealousy towards your carefree nature. As he glanced over at you, he could see how much you were enjoying the rain, and it made him realize just how little he allowed himself to enjoy anything in life.
"You're ridiculous," he muttered under his breath, secretly wishing he could let go and enjoy himself like you were doing.
Benjas333
Drenched from the storm, you arrived back and entered through the kitchens, your skin still glistening from the rain. After wringing out your hair and kicking off your shoes, the staff fussed over you, but you waved away their concerns. "It's fine," you reassured them with a soft smile, cleaning your hands before beginning work on the peach-flavored pie. Despite being soaked from the rain, you looked stunning as you quietly worked in the kitchen, your outfit damp and sleeves rolled up, wearing an apron borrowed from the baker, engaging in light conversation with him stationed across from you.
It was heartwarming that someone took an interest in your day; joy lit up your face as you began recounting the details. You started by describing your walk through the wildflowers, the interactions with the townsfolk, visiting different vendors, riding a stallion through the field, and then sharing a laugh when caught in the storm.
Katsuki Bakugo
Bakugo watched you from the doorway as you worked in the kitchen, noticing how at ease you seemed. He couldn't help but feel a bit envious of your carefree nature yet again.
He cleared his throat, making his presence known, and scowled at the sight of the apron you were wearing. "You look ridiculous," he muttered under his breath, his tone still gruff.
Despite his words, Bakugo found himself drawn to your infectious joy as you told the baker about your day. Part of him wanted to join in on the conversation, but the stubborn pride that was so ingrained within him kept him rooted to the spot, watching quietly from the doorway.
Benjas333
You were certain of your skills, feeling a sprinkle of flour on your cheek as you neatly formed the base of the pie. A contented smile crossed your face as you meticulously prepared the peaches, blanching them in hot water, then shocking them in ice to easily remove their skins. The familiarity of the task was soothing as you deftly halved the peaches, removed their pits, and expertly sliced them with a confident hand. As you worked on the filling, a sense of peace washed over you. In no time, the pie was ready to be placed in the oven, and you couldn't resist sampling a bit of the sweet peach mixture, savoring it with a hum of pure delight. Carefully rolling out the top crust, you placed it over the filling, crimping the edges and making precise slits to prevent overflow. "Would you like to have a taste?" you asked, gesturing towards the small bowl of leftover filling before attending to the pie in the oven. With a satisfied sigh, you wiped your hands and began tidying up the kitchen.
Katsuki Bakugo
Bakugo couldn't help but admire the care and precision with which you worked in the kitchen. He had never seen someone so proficient with such a simple task, and he wondered if there was anything you weren't good at.
He scoffed at your offer to try the pie, but he couldn't resist sneaking a glance at the finished product as he made his way towards the door. The aroma of the baked peach pie was wafting through the air, and it smelled divine.
"Whatever," he mumbled under his breath before leaving, the image of you expertly baking the pie still fresh in his mind.
Benjas333
The next day unfolded much like the one before, as you found yourself wandering outdoors once more. Requesting a book from the library and the use of a royal horse from Mitsuki, both requests met with her quick and warm approval, you made your way to the kitchen to prepare a simple picnic for yourself. Expressing gratitude to the stable boy for his assistance with the horse, you embarked on a leisurely ride through the fields, seeking out the perfect spot for solitude. Assured by the stable boy of the royal horses' training and freedom, you lovingly groomed Guinevere, setting her at ease, before settling down on a blanket with some fruit and cheese to accompany your reading. The wind gently tousled your hair, and a contented smile graced your face as you reveled in the moment. Clad in a dress that, while less formal, still beautifully complemented your form, you displayed a kindness ingrained in your nature by inquiring about the needs of the kitchen staff, who provided you with a small list to attend to after your meal.
Katsuki Bakugo
Bakugo happened to be walking by as you rode out on the horse, and he couldn't help but roll his eyes at the sight of you leisurely enjoying yourself. He shook his head, not understanding how someone could spend their time so carelessly.
However, as he walked past the kitchen, he overheard some of the staff talking about your kindness towards them and how thoughtful you were for asking about their needs. Bakugo paused for a moment, surprised by what he was hearing.
He had always been taught that showing kindness was a sign of weakness, but seeing how you interacted with others made him question everything he had been taught. It was a strange feeling, and Bakugo wasn't quite sure how to process it.
Shaking off the odd sensation, he continued on his way with a scowl still etched on his face.
Benjas333
After finishing the book in just an hour, tenderly closing the cover and gathering your belongings, you re-saddled Guinevere before making your way into town. Upon arriving, you left the royal horse with Kirishima and began gathering the items needed by the castle staff. Your kind and gracious demeanor drew the attention of the townspeople, some of whom boldly approached you to strike up conversations. Politely responding to their inquiries, you tucked a stray hair behind your ear before moving on.
While navigating the lively streets, you were taken by surprise when someone accidentally bumped into your knees, causing you to gasp. Looking down, your astonishment turned into delight as you set eyes on a little girl with a beaming grin. Squatting down to her level, you warmly greeted her and inquired about her name.
"I'm Emiko, are you a princess?" she asked, her eyes shining with excitement as she clutched at your dress. Your laughter filled the air as you playfully questioned, "Do I look like one?"
"You rode a royal horse, you must be!" Emiko declared. Lightly tapping her nose, you acknowledged, "You're quite observant, Emiko," before assisting her back to her frantic mother.
Later, as you were returning to the castle, you explained to the staff that you had accepted an invitation for dinner from a family in the town. They were pleasantly surprised by your immersion among the townsfolk, and you mentioned this to Mitsuki and Masaru, apologizing for your unplanned absence. At dinner, your absence was noted by Bakugo.
Katsuki Bakugo
Bakugo can't help but furrow his eyebrows at your absence. He didn't know why he wanted to see you again, although the thought of you mingling with the commoners lessened his irritation towards that fact. However, despite trying to convince himself that he didn't care about your whereabouts, Bakugo found himself losing patience with each passing minute.
As dinner carried on its monotonous routine, Bakugo found that he had little appetite for anything except the pie that you had made. Although he wanted to deny it, the image of you baking the pie still lingered in his mind and he couldn't help but feel a little bit curious as to how it turned out.
He supposed he could always sneak into the kitchen later to get a slice for himself. But as the night drew to a close and the guests began leaving, Bakugo realized he
Katsuki Bakugo
had missed his chance to talk with you once again. Irritated by his own lack of ability to act, Bakugo furiously slammed his hand against the table as the final guest left.
"Where is she now?" he demanded impatiently, knowing that you should be back at the castle by now.
"Watch your mouth brat! She's most likely resting in her chambers," Queen Mitsuki replied, looking livid at Bakugo's sudden outburst.
He gruffly apologized before silently stormed up to the princess's chambers, knocking loudly on the door before barging in without waiting for a response.
"What the hell were you doing all night?" he snapped, not bothering to mask the irritation in his voice.
Benjas333
Brows furrowed you simply glanced over your shoulder with an inquisitive brow. He made himself clear, no interest in your presence and to make yourself scarce so that’s what you were doing. But you decided to be proactive about it getting to know the kingdom. You could hear his stomping through the hallway so you weren’t surprised when he burst in. Aligned with his brutish behavior. You returned to brushing out your hair in the mirror, “I just got back in from having dinner,” you remarked back turned towards him. You were not going to entertain his behavior. You had just finished taking a bath so your fragrance permeated the room. You had on a nightgown that was almost sheer. Humming underneath your breath you set the brush down before applying lotion to your arms.
Katsuki Bakugo
Bakugo scowled at your nonchalant response, his hands balling into fists. He had expected a more dramatic reaction from you, but instead, you seemed completely unphased by his anger.
"Whatever, I don't care," he grumbled, still irritated but unable to keep his eyes off you as you applied lotion to your arms.
He tried to shake the thoughts from his head, reminding himself that he didn't care about you or what you were doing. But no matter how hard he tried, the image of you in that sheer nightgown wouldn't leave his mind.
With a frustrated growl, Bakugo turned on his heel and left the room, slamming the door behind him.
Benjas333
You were a regular presence in the village for the next three days, effortlessly charming the townsfolk and children alike. Your laughter resonated as you joined in their games of hopscotch, racing, hoop rolling, and dancing. Returning to the castle just in time for dinner, you were met with warm inquiries from Mitsuki and Masaru, who were eager to hear about your day and the new friends you had made. After sharing fond conversations with your parents, you'd graciously excuse yourself to seek solace in the library. As you flipped through the pages of yet another book, you couldn't help but feel a sense of loneliness creeping in. Despite enjoying your time in the village, there was a part of you that longed for genuine companionship and understanding from someone within the castle walls. However, the thought of seeking comfort from Bakugo made you hesitant. He had made it clear from the start that he didn't want anything to do with you and you weren't sure if you wanted to put yourself in a position where you could be hurt again.
Lost in your thoughts, you barely registered the sound of the library door opening and closing. It wasn't until Bakugo spoke that you realized he had entered the room.
Katsuki Bakugo
Bakugo stood in the doorway for a moment, watching you silently before clearing his throat to get your attention. When you finally looked up at him, he walked towards you and stopped a few feet away, his arms crossed over his chest.
"I'm here to discuss something with you," he said, his tone rough and impatient.
You raised an eyebrow in surprise. Bakugo had never shown any interest in talking to you before, and you couldn't help but wonder what he wanted to discuss. "Okay, what is it?" you asked cautiously.
Bakugo let out a deep sigh before speaking, his voice slightly softer this time. "Look, I know we've been off to a rough start. But... I was wondering if maybe... we could start over?" he said, averting his gaze as if he were embarrassed by what he just said.
Benjas333
Your fingers traced the pages of the romance novel you held, feeling the weight of loneliness settling in. In an effort to fill the void, you had visited a bookstore and sought solace in the world of love that literature offered. As you glanced up at him, bathed in the warm glow of the fireplace, you found yourself considering the limited olive branch presented to you. With a resigned shrug, “Okay,” you acknowledged that this might be the only gesture of goodwill you'd encounter, prompting you to focus on exploring the kingdom and cultivating friendships until your eventual marriage. Where you’d warm his bed, look pretty at his side, and stay out of trouble. Taking a mental note in the book, you set it aside and turned to face him. Expression soft.
Katsuki Bakugo
Bakugo's eyes softened upon seeing the way you looked at him, and he took a step closer. "So, what now?" he asked, still unsure of how to proceed.
Benjas333
You thought for a moment before suggesting, "Well, how about we start by getting to know each other better? I don't really know much about you besides what others have said. Maybe we could spend some time together, chatting or doing something you enjoy?"
Katsuki Bakugo
Bakugo looked at you with a slight surprise in his eyes, but quickly regained his composure. "I don't really do things I enjoy with other people," he muttered under his breath.
Benjas333
You try to hide your disappointment, but can't keep the slight frown off your face. This was going well. "Well, not necessarily having fun, but maybe... something productive?" you suggested. Hands clasped in your lap as you sat tall on the chair by the window, it offered the perfect view over the garden.
Katsuki Bakugo
Bakugo thought for a moment before nodding in agreement. "Okay. How about we tour the kingdom together? I can show you what we're fighting for and why it's so important to me," he said with a hint of pride in his voice.
Benjas333
You find yourself wearing a soft smile at his suggestion, surprised to be involved in political matters. Little did he know that you were actively engaged in your own kingdom's politics, regularly attending meetings and offering valuable insights. However, this was not the kind of information suitable for a princess's public profile. You lick your lower lip, “What time would you like to meet and where?” You inquire about the timing, a wisp of hair falling onto your face, which you elegantly brush away.
Katsuki Bakugo
Bakugo gives you a thoughtful nod before responding, "How about at noon tomorrow? We can meet at the entrance of the castle and I'll take you around the kingdom from there." He looks away and scans the room, an evident sign that he was getting uncomfortable with the conversation.
Benjas333
"Sounds good," you reply, stifling a yawn as you push up from the chair, book clasped in hand. You stride past him, quietly remarking, "Good night," before disappearing down the hall. It was evident that he was uncomfortable with the discussion and being in your presence. Your fingers tightened around the book, your only comfort in bed.
Katsuki Bakugo
As you venture down the hallway, Bakugo looks after you with an impressed expression on his face. He hadn't expected you to be so understanding of his temperament. His mind began to warm up to you a little more than before. However, he doesn't show it, instead responding with a curt nod, "Night." Turning around, he walks the other way towards his chambers, lost in his thoughts.
Benjas333
The morning raced by in a whirlwind. In the privacy of your chamber, the chambermaids persisted in assisting you in preparing for your outing with Bakugo, despite the fact that it was just a trip to town. You had to decline some of the more extravagant dress options they proposed, opting instead for a light blue fitted bodice with a high waistline and gossamer fabric that complemented your figure and complexion. Your hair cascaded down your back in delicate ringlets, and you chose flats over heels in anticipation of the discomfort they would bring. Descending the stairs towards the castle's entrance, the gravel crunched beneath your feet with each step. A gentle breeze tousled your hair, highlighting your beauty. As you approached Bakugo from behind, the sound of the gravel heralded your presence, knowing that any attempt to touch him would likely result in a withdrawal. "Ready," you announced.
Katsuki Bakugo
Bakugo turned around at the sound of your footsteps, his eyes briefly flickering towards your outfit before returning to their typical stern expression. "About time," he grumbled under his breath, though you caught a glint of amusement in his eyes. "Let's go then." He lead the way towards the kingdom, pointing out key buildings and landmarks.
Benjas333
You listened attentively, genuinely interested in learning more about the kingdom and its people. Despite his brusque attitude, Bakugo was an excellent guide, his knowledge of the kingdom clearly deep and thorough.
Katsuki Bakugo
As you both walked, Bakugo's initial wariness about you dissipated slowly as he began to notice your genuine interest in the kingdom and its people. He became more comfortable with your presence and even started to open up a little, sharing intimate details about his life and aspirations.
Benjas333
You could see that there was much more to him than his tough exterior, and you found yourself feeling more drawn to him than before. Despite the arranged marriage and the history between your families, you found yourself wondering what it would be like to have Bakugo as a partner.
Katsuki Bakugo
As you continued your journey, Bakugo couldn't help but notice that you seemed to be lost in thought. He cleared his throat and turned towards you, raising an eyebrow slightly. "Is something troubling you?" he asked, his tone softening a little.
Benjas333
Your face flushed with embarrassment as you realized you had been lost in your thoughts. "Oh, my apologies," you murmured, your lashes fluttering. You brushed a stray ringlet behind your ear and waved at a passing townsfolk who recognized you, a warm smile gracing your face.
Katsuki Bakugo
Bakugo followed your gaze and noticed the smile on your face. A small smile tugged at the corner of his mouth before he shook his head slightly, his usual stoic expression returning. "So," he began, continuing to lead the way through the town, "what do you think of the kingdom so far?"
Benjas333
You hum in thought, gaze steady as you stare up at him, “it's evident that the kingdom is both powerful and thriving. I can sense the deep passion you have for your kingdom and its people. The people's trust in the King and Queen is unwavering, as they are known for making wise decisions, upholding justice, and fostering prosperity. The borders are well-protected, and the knights diligently patrol to guard against treachery and external threats. The delicate balance of power, compassion, and pragmatism is the cornerstone upon which the fate of your kingdom rests."
Katsuki Bakugo
Bakugo's eyes widen slightly at your insightful observations, his expression softening a little. "You're more perceptive than I gave you credit for," he concedes. "You're right, the kingdom is everything to me and my family. And I will do whatever it takes to protect it."
Benjas333
As you watch the children playing in the town, a gentle smile graces your face. "Bakugo, you'll make an excellent king one day."
Katsuki Bakugo
Bakugo's eyes flicker towards the sight of the children playing, a small smile tugging at the corners of his lips. He looks back at you, his face becoming serious once more. "I know I will," he says firmly. "And with you by my side, I know I can do even greater things for the kingdom."
Benjas333
Your face flushes furiously at his remark as you glance down, hiding a soft smile that his words have brought to your lips.
Katsuki Bakugo
Bakugo notices the blush on your cheeks and quirks an eyebrow, sensing that he may have stirred something within you. He clears his throat and continues leading the way through the town, allowing you a moment to collect yourself.
Benjas333
Your face lights up upon spotting Kirishima. You quicken your pace, making your way to the stallion that he graciously allowed you to ride. As you raise your hand to pet Maximus, you inquire, "How is my boy?" Your eyes meet the intelligent gaze of the horse.
"I'm doing well," Kirishima teases, eliciting a laugh from you. "He's fine and eager for you to take him out again," Kirishima adds, patting Maximus on the thigh. His gaze shifts toward Bakugo, a wide grin spreading across his face. "Bakugo!" The two were close friends. Engrossed in grooming Maximus and admiring his coat, you speak softly to him.
Katsuki Bakugo
Bakugo watches as you interact with Kirishima and Maximus, a small smile on his face. He takes a step closer to the stallion, admiring the horse's powerful physique. "He looks like he could run for miles," Bakugo remarks, his voice low and measured.
Benjas333
Kirishima nods proudly as you glance at Maximus with a wistful expression, longing to experience that sense of freedom once more. A wistful sigh escapes your lips.
Katsuki Bakugo
Bakugo notices the wistful expression on your face as you look at Maximus. He takes a step closer to you, his voice gentle. "Would you like to go for a ride?" he asks, gesturing towards Maximus. "I can come with you if you'd like some company."
Benjas333
Your surprise is evident as your eyes widen. "Yes, please," you remark breathlessly. Kirishima effortlessly saddles up Maximus, gently coaxing forward another horse named Bandit, a pure white stallion. With a giddy expression, you guide Maximus towards the field, leading him on foot this time. When a pair of strong hands assist you up, you turn to find Bakugo effortlessly supporting your weight. With ease, you climb onto Maximus, softly expressing your gratitude as you adjust the reins. Thankfully, your attire allows you to ride normally instead of sidesaddle, eager to charge into the field. You watch as Bakugo effortlessly mounts Bandit.
Katsuki Bakugo
Bakugo gives you a small smile as he watches you adjust the reins, his gaze shifting towards the field. He nudges Bandit forward, following closely alongside you on Maximus. As the horses start to run, Bakugo's hair whips around his face in the wind.
Benjas333
You can feel your own hair being lifted by the breeze as well, exhilaration coursing through your veins. There's a sense of freedom about it all that you've never experienced before and you struggle to hold back a whoop of excitement.
Katsuki Bakugo
Bakugo notices the look of pure excitement on your face and can't prevent a small smile from coming to his own. As you whoop with delight, he allows himself to relax for a moment, enjoying the thrill of the ride. The wind rushes past his ears as Bandit gallops forward, his hooves pounding against the ground. Together, the four of you race across the open field.
Benjas333
You're in a new place, an hour has passed, and Bakugo brings you to a riverside where the Stallions can drink. You're sitting on a rock by the river, taking in the beauty of the surroundings. Your hair is tousled by the wind, and your cheeks are flushed from the exhilaration, making your eyes shine. You look stunning as you're seated under the shade of a nearby tree, humming softly to yourself. Your head tilts back towards the sky, savoring the breeze brushing across your face. With your feet dangling in the water, you've lifted your dress slightly to avoid getting it wet.
Katsuki Bakugo
Bakugo watches as you settle yourself onto the rock, seemingly lost in thought. He kneels down at the water's edge, reaching a hand out to stroke the cool surface of the river. As he glances over at you, he can't help but feel a sense of peace in this moment. "This is one of my favorite spots in the kingdom," he says quietly, not wanting to disturb the serene atmosphere. "Whenever I need to clear my head, I come here."
Katsuki Bakugo
Bakugo nods in response, his expression serious. "It's my pleasure," he says after a beat. "I know how overwhelming it can be to come into a new place with people you don't know." He turns towards the river, splashing his hand gently into the water. "But I hope that you feel a little more comfortable now."
Benjas333
Honestly, you had a lot to say in response to his remark. ‘I hope you feel a little more comfortable now,’ but that wasn't the initial issue. You had immersed yourself greatly into the kingdom, becoming fast friends with the townsfolk and becoming close to his parents. The real issue was his standoffish personality and how he showed no desire to get to know you as a person. However, you thought now was not the time to address that, especially since he had just revealed something so intimate. So you just hummed in response, swishing your toes in the water, a soft smile resting on your face as the sun highlighted your beauty.
You burst into laughter as Maximus nudged you on the shoulder. "All right," you said, reaching into the pocket of your dress and holding out an apple for him. You smirked as he took the whole thing, then whistled to coax Bandit over, offering him another apple. You chuckled when Maximus nudged you to the point where you had to put your hand down to catch yourself. "Okay, okay," you said, pulling out a sugar cube for him and raising your hand to touch his nose to yours. "Eiji is right, you do have a sweet tooth." You looked stunning, leaning heavily on your arm as you gazed up at the horses.
Katsuki Bakugo
Bakugo watches as you play with the horses, a small smile tugging at his lips. He's quiet for a moment, just taking in the sight of you and the stallions, before he speaks up. "You know," he says thoughtfully, "I didn't expect you to be so...at home among the people here." He looks at you then, his expression curious. "How did you manage to get so close to them in such a short time?"
Benjas333
With an impish grin, you express, "You know, during the week that your mother, the Queen, suggested we spend time together—something you didn't seem all that keen on—I thought I'd spend that time mingling with the townsfolk to really understand your kingdom. I've been there nearly every day, lending a hand, playing with the children, and getting to know everyone." You casually gesture, downplaying your actions.
Katsuki Bakugo
Bakugo nods slowly, taking in your words. "I see," he says, looking at you with newfound interest. "Well, I suppose it's good for the people to have a princess who cares about them." He looks out at the river again, his expression thoughtful. "It's just...I've always felt like there was a separation between the royals and the townsfolk. But maybe it's time for that to change."
Benjas333
As you hummed in response, Maximus suddenly nudges you forward, causing you to lose your balance and tumble into the river. Briefly submerged, you soon resurface, eyes wide with surprise, and you can't help but laugh. "You little shit," you exclaim with a hint of a curse, gazing up at Maximus, who whinnies playfully. Swiping some water in Maximus' direction with narrowed eyes in mock indignation, you find your dress soaked and clinging, with rivulets of water running down your skin and your hair drenched. Even in this state, you look stunning.
Katsuki Bakugo
Bakugo can't help but chuckle at your predicament, watching as you rise from the river. He stands up, offering you a hand to help you out of the water. "Are you okay?" he asks, a small smile playing at his lips. "That was quite the fall." He doesn't bother hiding the amusement in his tone, but there's no malice behind it either.
Benjas333
"Thank you," you breathe, taking his hand, but the dress tugs you back. Frowning, you let go of his hand to grab the hem, pulling it up to your knees before holding out your hand again. He easily pulls you out. "I always forget how heavy these are," you grumble, looking down at the dress with annoyance, lips pursed. "My mother will kill me, but do you happen to have a knife?" you inquire, looking up at him from under your eyelashes, strands of hair clinging to your face.
Katsuki Bakugo
Bakugo raises an eyebrow at your request. "A knife?" he repeats, a hint of amusement in his voice. "What do you need that for?" He looks at you expectantly, waiting for an explanation. His expression is not unkind, but he seems genuinely curious about your request.
Benjas333
"Isn't it obvious? I'm going to cut this," you state, gesturing toward your dress, eyeing the spot where you made the initial cut. "I can't ride well in this, and I don't think my undergarments would fare well if I were to strip," you say matter-of-factly, using your hands to support as the dress's weight bears down. "This is ridiculous," you exclaim, gripping the outer layer of your dress. "We're going to be husband and wife, so who cares," you declare, tossing aside all princess decorum. Finding the seam, you begin to tear the outer layer of the dress. As the weight is lifted and it falls to the ground, a sigh of relief escapes your lips as you step out of it.
Katsuki Bakugo
Bakugo watches as you discard the damaged dress, his expression unreadable. His arms are crossed over his chest, and he's still standing a few feet away from you. "Interesting," he says thoughtfully. "Most princesses I've met would never dream of doing something like that." He looks at you then, his gaze intense. "But then again, most princesses I've met haven't spent time getting to know people outside the palace walls." There's a hint of admiration in his tone.
Benjas333
"Yes, well, I'm not like most," you say, folding the outer layer and tucking it into the satchel. Your lips purse as the sound of fabric echoes when you tear it shorter. "It's ridiculous how they expect us to ride in dresses. Give me a good pair of trousers, and I'll show you how it's done," you murmur under your breath, unaware of Bakugo's amused expression. "There," scraps of your dress poke out of the satchel. "I'll borrow something from Eiji's stable, I'm sure I'll fit into it," you say, using Eiji's name casually, revealing how close you and Eiji have become.
Despite the comical sight, you maintain a sense of royalty, though the tops of your breasts are on display as you breathe heavily from cutting your dress. You brush water off your cheek. "Ready?" you ask, gazing up at Bakugo from under your lashes, cheeks flushed.
Katsuki Bakugo
Bakugo clears his throat, averting his gaze from your exposed skin. "Yes, let's go," he says, gesturing toward his horse. He mounts it with ease, looking down at you as you mount Maximus to make your way over to Eiji's stable. "You know, I never pictured my wife wearing trousers," he says, a smirk on his face. "But then again, I never really pictured getting married in the first place."
Benjas333
Your cheeks flush as he refers to you as his wife. "Yes, well, I'm full of surprises," you say with an impish smile as you gallop off across the field towards Kirishima's stable, leaving Bakugo in the dust. After a few minutes, Eiji finally stops laughing at you, and you stand before him with an exasperated expression, arms crossed, pushing up your chest. "Yes, yes, funny. Please, I need trousers!" Kirishima nods and digs around, occasionally chuckling. You playfully narrow your eyes and stick your tongue out at him. Bakugo had mentioned a jacket as well, and Kirishima fires back that he should just loan you his. You head back into a room to pull on the trousers, smiling as you make your way back out. "Thanks, Eiji," you say sweetly, looking up at him. Glancing at Bakugo, you ask, "Ready?" You notice that Bakugo has taken off his jacket and holds it in his hand.
Katsuki Bakugo
Bakugo nods, his expression unreadable as he hands you the jacket. "Here," he says, his tone slightly gruff. "It's cold out." He watches as you struggle to put on the oversized jacket. "You look ridiculous," he remarks with an amused smirk stepping forward to help you by rolling up the sleeves.
Benjas333
Kirishima snorted at Bakugo’s remark about it being cold out, although it wasn't cold at all; you were just improperly dressed.
"I figured it'd match your personality," you retort with a playful smirk, tugging at one of the sleeves. "But thanks for the thought, husband," you add with a wink, teasing him with the title. The two of you decide to stroll out, choosing to cross the fields to avoid being seen by the townsfolk. You hum as the two of you make your way back towards the castle. You did look ridiculous, but stunning nonetheless. You feel Bakugo's eyes on you several times throughout the walk. In no time, you sneak through the kitchen to avoid your mother's wrath.
Katsuki Bakugo
As soon as you both are out of sight, Bakugo drops the smirk and his shoulders relax. Even though he might not show it, he's aware of the pressure that being royalty brings. When you both reach the kitchen, he's relieved to avoid your mother's scrutiny as well. "You know, you're not what I expected," he says as he runs a hand through his hair and glances over at you. "I thought you'd be simpering and weak, but you're anything but."
Benjas333
Dressed in trousers with your ruined dress over top and wearing his coat to preserve your dignity, your hair has dried in the sun, showcasing your natural curls. You look breathtakingly wild.
"I'll let you in on a secret," you say with a soft smile as you follow Bakugo into the hallway, the two of you playfully sneaking around the castle towards your room. "I've trained with my father for fun with the royal guard," you whisper, giggling at the surprised look on Bakugo's face. "I have five brothers, and doing princess things can get boring. It's not something you'd write on a princess's resume," you say, playfully shrugging and ducking beside a corner when a staff member passes by, both you and Bakugo chuckling softly. When he gestures for you to follow, you successfully make it to your room. Gently taking off his coat, you pass it to him, the tops of your breasts on display again, curls falling like a halo around your head as you smile up at him. "Thanks, I had fun."
Katsuki Bakugo
Bakugo nods as he takes his coat back, his eyes lingering on your figure for a moment before he clears his throat and looks away. "Yeah, it was… interesting," he says with a small smirk, tucking the coat under his arm. "I didn't expect a princess to be able to handle herself like that." He glances down at the ruined dress and shakes his head. "I'm sorry about your dress. We'll get you something new."
As he turns to leave, Bakugo stops and looks back at you over his shoulder. "Look, we might not get along all the time, but we're stuck with each other now. Might as well make the best of it, right?" he says with a shrug before finally leaving your room.
Katsuki Bakugo
Bakugo gives you a small smile before nodding and turning to leave. As he walks down the hallway, he can't help but wonder what the future holds for the two of you. He knows that an arranged marriage is the only way for the kingdoms to have peace, but he's not exactly thrilled about it. However, seeing how you can handle yourself gives him hope that maybe things won't be so bad after all.
Benjas333
The situation returned to normal, which was frustrating. You had hoped to break through his tough exterior. As you played a love song on the piano, dressed in a beautiful gown with half of your hair tied up and the other half down, and with natural makeup, you became lost in the music. Startled by the sound of clapping, you turned to see Masaru and Mitsuki seated on the couch. Blushing, you tuck a tendril of hair behind your ear and apologize, asking if the music was too loud.
As you rose to curtsy, Mitsuki waved it off, praising the beauty of the performance. Masaru excused himself, and you moved to sit beside Mitsuki when she patted the seat. She inquired about her son and you hesitantly replied that you had spent the day together, though in reality, he had refused to hang out with you. Mitsuki expressed frustration at her son's behavior, lamenting that he couldn't even follow instructions to get to know his wife if he wished to be king.
You apologized, feeling unsure of where you had gone wrong. Mitsuki praised your efforts of immersing yourself among the townsfolk and thanked you for your admirable actions. Blushing, you waved off her remark, insisting it was nothing. After chatting with Mitsuki, she left you to your thoughts, where you found yourself staring out the window with a romance book in hand. With a wistful expression, you thought about your loveless marriage, a tear escaping before you hastily wiped it away.
As you composed yourself and stood up, ready to leave the library for the stables, you were stopped by Masaru, who quietly asked if you would like to take a walk in the gardens. You accepted his offer, feeling that his demeanor was quite different from that of his wife and son.
Katsuki Bakugo
You nod, grateful for the company, and together, you both step out into the garden. As you stroll along the cobblestone walkway, you find yourself enjoying Masaru's company. He's kind and easy to talk to, and you can see where Bakugo inherited his nobility from.
During the walk, you ask about his kingdom, its history, and Masaru happily answers all your questions. You find yourself becoming more interested in his kingdom and its people. It's not just about being a princess anymore, it's about being responsible for an entire kingdom and its people, and you begin to feel a sense of purpose.
As the two of you reach the end of the garden, Masaru turns to you and places a hand on your shoulder. "Don't give up on my son just yet. He may be stubborn, but he has a

You didn’t think your hurt was visible, and you blushed, feeling embarrassed. "I’m sorry, I’m trying—" Your voice cracked, and Masaru hesitated before pulling you into a hug. You sank into the King's embrace, thanking him for his kind words.
"I’ve learned from your father that you train with the knights?" Masaru inquired, and your eyes widened in surprise that your father would mention that.
Masaru softly reassured you that it was okay. "Come see our training grounds, my wife can loan you some clothes for training. That might take your mind off my son’s brutish behavior," he suggested.
You eagerly accepted, and within twenty minutes, you were dressed in the queen's, Mitsuki’s, training clothes—fitted women’s trousers and a loose blouse for movement. Masaru changed as well, and then indicated for you to step onto the mat. You gazed around, impressed, as Masaru offered you a sword. Confidently, you took it and inquired curiously, "What exactly did my father reveal to you?"
"Everything," Masaru grinned.
An hour in, the King and you were sparring. Your hair had come loose around your face as you swung with confidence, the sword lunging for him. He matched your skill, and you managed to knock it out of his hands several times, apologizing each time. Masaru only laughed it off. At the end, you had a sword to his neck, his eyes wide in surprise. "Excellent skills, Princess Akira," he remarked with a smile on his face. “You’ll make a wonderful Queen someday.”
Benjas333
You couldn't help but feel a sense of pride and joy at the King's compliment. Knowing that you have potential to be a great ruler for your people makes you feel all the more determined to make this marriage work, even if it means working through Bakugo's difficult personality. Or a loveless marriage…
"Thank you, Your Highness," you reply with a smile. "I am honored to have trained with you."
As you both left the training grounds, King Masaru spotted Bakugo standing in the courtyard, his arms crossed and an annoyed expression on his face. King Masaru deliberately blocked Bakugo from your gaze, engaging you in conversation while giving Katsuki a disappointed expression. It was clear that King Masaru was not impressed with Bakugo’s rude behavior towards you.
The two of you then disappeared into the castle, leaving Bakugo on the training grounds.
Katsuki Bakugo
Bakugo watched as you and his father disappeared into the castle, his arms still crossed. Despite his rude attitude, he couldn't help but feel a twinge of jealousy as he watched the interaction between you and his father. He found himself wondering what exactly they were talking about and what training exercises they were doing.
But Bakugo quickly shook off those thoughts, reminding himself that this is an arranged marriage and that he shouldn't be too invested in you or your well-being. He turned on his heel and headed back towards the training grounds, ready to blow off some steam with his own training exercises.
Benjas333
Despite her composed appearance, Queen Mitsuki was barely containing her anger. You could sense her disappointment. Your parents, the King and Queen of your own land, along with King Masaru and Queen Mitsuki, had noticed as well. After a meeting, they decided to call off the arranged marriage between you and Bakugo, since he didn't seem interested. Mitsuki and Masaru believed you would be a perfect ruler for their kingdom, but they didn't want to force a loveless marriage upon you. So instead, they signed a treaty to end the war between the two kingdoms. As punishment for his lack of effort, Queen Mitsuki found the weakest princess and arranged for her to marry Bakugo instead. She hoped this would make him question where you went and lead him to seek you out due to your strength. The Korean carriage departed for the docks to set sail back home. As you said farewell to Queen Mitsuki and King Masaru, they apologized for not being able to help. But they reassured you that it wasn't your fault. The journey to the docks took six hours, during which you spent in peace reading a romance novel while your parents looked on with concern. Halfway through the ride, you switched carriages in order to be alone with your thoughts. You would miss the Kingdom and its people dearly; they were truly wonderful. Three hours later, you arrived at the docks where the Korean Kingdom's vessel was waiting for you. Gathering your skirts, you climbed aboard and prepared to set sail on your journey home.
Katsuki Bakugo
Bakugo wondered where you had gone after the arranged marriage was called off. Despite his tough exterior, he realized that he had developed some level of interest in you during your brief time together.
He couldn't help but feel a sense of regret for his behavior towards you. Bakugo knew that he had let his pride get in the way and that he should have made more of an effort to get to know you. But it was too late now, and all he could do was wonder about what could have been.
As he thought about you, Bakugo's mind drifted back to the princess that his mother had arranged for him to marry instead. He let out a frustrated sigh, knowing deep down that he would never be interested in someone who was chosen for him rather than someone he truly wanted.
But despite his reservations, Bakugo couldn't shake the feeling of emptiness

that came with the idea of never finding love or companionship. He knew that he would have to make the most of his situation and do his duty as prince, but the thought of a loveless marriage left a sour taste in his mouth.
As the days passed, Bakugo found himself growing increasingly restless. He felt like something was missing from his life and he couldn't shake the feeling of longing. In an effort to distract himself, he threw himself into his training even more intensely than before, honing his skills and trying to forget about the princess who got away.
But no matter how hard he tried, Bakugo couldn't help but feel like he had missed out on something special with you. He found himself wondering what could have been and he couldn't help but regret the way he had treated you.
Katsuki Bakugo
It was on one particularly dreary afternoon when Bakugo was taking a walk around the palace gardens that he saw a carriage approaching the gates. At first, he didn't think much of it, but as it drew closer, he hoped that it was from your kingdom.
Bakugo's heart skipped a beat at the thought of seeing you again. He hesitated for a moment, unsure of what to do, but his curiosity got the best of him and he made his way towards the gates.
As the carriage came to a stop, Bakugo couldn't help but feel nervous. He knew that he had a lot to answer for, and he braced himself for your anger and disappointment. But as another princess stepped out of the carriage and met his eyes, he felt a rush of anger.
Bakugo stormed away. He didn’t think his mother would make do on her threat but here another princess was simpering and weak. Growling, Bakugo marched into his father’s the Kings office. Startling at the sight of his mother with a wicked smile on her face, “I take it you’re not a fan of your new princess?” She inquired, sipping from a cup of tea delighting in his anger.
He growled low in this throat, “Lend me a ship please,” he ground out.
Mitsuki, the Queen, simply arched an eyebrow, “And why would I do that?”
Bakugo exhaled noisily, “I-I want Princess Akira as my bride.” He mumbled self consciousness oozing off him.
His father King MAsaru had pity but his mother did not. “Well you should have thought about that before you decided to treat her like shit,” She bit out not to mince words.
“Your behavior was disappointing Katsuki,” Masaru remarked quietly. That hurt. “Princess Akira was the perfect fit. Intelligent, strong, charming, charismatic, humble, talented, and beautiful. She emerged herself among our people earning their trust, something that we as a kingdom have failed to do. And you, decided to hurt that chance of having a Strong Queen.”
