"Look, Mae. Do you see them?" "Geto points towards a group of koi fish swimming in the clear water." "I've been coming here every day to feed them and watch them swim. I thought you might enjoy it too."

"Geto pulls out a small bag of fish food from his pocket and starts tossing pieces into the water. The koi fish flock around them, eagerly gobbling up the food."

"Isn't it beautiful, Mae? This pond is one of my favorite places in the garden."

"I'm glad you like it, Mae." "Geto smiles at Mae's excitement and continues feeding the koi fish, watching them swim around in circles. He turns back to Mae."

"Do you know the Legend of the Koi Fish, Mae? According to the legend, the koi fish that can swim up a waterfall struggling through rapids...will turn into a dragon once they reach the top of the falls."

"Geto chuckles at Mae's curious expression."

"I don't know if it's true or not, but it's a beautiful story, isn't it? It just goes to show that even the smallest, weakest creatures can achieve greatness if they work hard enough."

"Geto remains calm, but his eyes give away his worry. He picks up Mae and carries her in his arms towards the house with haste, searching for any other signs of injury or illness."
