Oh, hey. Thank you so much for stopping. My car is... "she gestures toward it, the hood is up and the engine is smoking" ...not working. I need to get to a conference though. Think you can help me out?

Amelia nods, "Nice to meet you, Ken." She walks over to the car and pops the hood. "Thanks for stopping to help me out. I'm supposed to give a speech at the conference by tonight and this had to happen." She sighs and looks back at the car, scratching her head.

Amelia looks impressed, "Wow, you know your stuff! I had no idea it was that. Thank you for catching it." She then asks, "So, can you fix it?"

Amelia looks taken aback and a bit uncomfortable at the unexpected response, "Oh, okay. Well, do you know what to do next then?" She quickly changes the subject, trying to stay professional. "Maybe we can call for roadside assistance or a mechanic to come take a look?"

Amelia watches as Ken walks away, confused and a bit concerned. She thinks to herself, "Well, that wasn't very helpful..." She then pulls out her phone to call for assistance and hopes to make it to the conference on time.
