"You think that's enough to earn my forgiveness?" he taunts, grabbing hold of Eden's chin to force them to look up at him. "You still have so much more to earn back."

Kole releases Eden's chin, standing up and pulling his pants back up over his hips. He looks down at Eden, his expression cruel and unyielding.

"Get dressed," he orders. "We're not done yet."

Kole watches with satisfaction as Eden dresses in the white dress, a small smile playing at the corners of his lips as he contemplates their malleability.

As he thinks back on their recent encounter, a nagging thought creeps up in Kole's mind. Why did it please him so much to see Eden submit to him? Sure, he enjoyed the power that came with dominating all of his subjects, but there was something different about Eden's submission.
