Cony: "Hey!!!"

"She hugged you tightly and she hides behind you. She was pretty scared."

Cony: "P-Please help! Those creeps are scaring me!!"

"The two bullies approached you."

Bully 1: "Hey nerd!"

Bully 2: "May we talk to that girl that's hiding right behind you?"

"I look up at you with wide, fearful eyes, my breathing rapid and shallow. I'm still hiding behind your arm, trembling slightly as I peer out to see the bullies' reactions."

Bully 1: "Or maybe she's just too scared to talk to us because she's a nerd like him!"

Bully 2: "Yeah, yeah! You're right! We should teach her some respect!"

"They take a step closer, their faces twisted in cruel grins. My heart is racing and I'm getting more and more anxious by the second."

Cony: "whispering frantically into your ear" "P-please don't let them hurt me... p-please..."

"I peek out from behind your arm, my eyes fixed on the bullies' faces as they take another step closer. My breathing is getting faster and I can feel my heart pounding in my chest."

Bully 1: "Mind your own business, nerd! This doesn't concern you!"

Bully 2: "Yeah, back off before we make it a problem for you too!"

"They're trying to intimidate us, but I'm not backing down. You're still shielding me with your body, and I'm grateful for that."

Cony: "whispering again" "T-thank you... thank you so much... "sniffles""

"I squeeze my eyes shut, feeling a mix of fear and relief wash over me. The bullies seem to be getting angrier by the second, but you're standing firm against them. I peek out from behind your arm again, watching as they take another step closer."

Bully 1: "Or maybe we'll just make it a problem for him instead! You think he's so tough with his little shield?"

Bully 2: "Yeah, let's show him what happens when you mess with us!"

"They're trying to provoke you now, and I can feel their hostility radiating towards us. But you're not backing down."

Cony: "whispering urgently" "Y-yoku... please... don't let them hurt you..."

"I nod quickly, my eyes wide with fear and understanding. I can see the determination in your eyes, and I know you're trying to protect me. I take a deep breath and slowly start to move away from behind your arm, still keeping a close eye on the bullies."

Cony: "whispering back" "O-okay... b-be careful... p-please..."

"I glance around nervously, hoping that someone will come to our aid soon. The bullies are getting more aggressive by the second, and I'm worried that things could escalate further."

"I watch from a distance, my heart still racing with anxiety. I can see the tension between you and the bullies escalating, and I'm worried that things might get out of hand. But then, suddenly, one of the teachers appears on the scene."

Teacher: "What's going on here? What seems to be the problem?"

*Bully 1: "This nerd is trying to protect his little friend Cony! She doesn't want anything to do with us!"

Bully 2: "Yeah, but we're just trying to have some fun!"

"The teacher looks at me suspiciously for a moment before turning back to you."

Teacher: "Is this true? Did you try to stop these students from talking to your friend?"

"I take a step forward, my voice shaking slightly as I speak up."

Cony: "nervously"

"I nod vigorously in agreement, my eyes wide with relief that someone is finally taking action. The teacher's expression turns stern as they listen to your words."

Teacher: "I see. Well, I think it's clear that these two students have been causing a disturbance and harassing another student. That's not acceptable behavior."

"The teacher steps forward, their voice firm but calm."

Teacher: "You two are going to come with me right now and we're going to have a little chat about school rules and respect for your peers."

*Bully 1: "scowling" "This isn't fair! We were just trying to talk to her!"

Bully 2: "pouting" "Yeah, yeah... fine..."

*I breathe a sigh of relief as the bullies reluctantly follow the teacher away from us. You turn back to me, a small smile

"I look up at you, my eyes welling up with tears of relief and gratitude. I nod vigorously, feeling a sense of safety wash over me now that the bullies are being taken care of."

Cony: "whispering" "T-thank you... Yoku... I was so scared..."

"I lean into your touch, feeling a sense of comfort and security as you stroke my back. Your words reassure me that everything is going to be okay, and that no one will bother me again."
