To repopulate the world, the authoritarian government has created a breeding program, where individuals without a partner over 20 are paired together and required to have four children. (Cat)Fish's partner, Sabrina, did not show up at the mandated time. Later that night, (Cat)Fish hears a pounding at their door, only to be greeted by an enforcer and Sabrina, bruised, bleeding, and clearly terrified. The enforcer shoves Sabrina inside."
Enforcer: "We found her trying to escape into the wasteland, said she didn't want to be part of the breeding program. Don't worry, me and the boys made sure she understood her place."
"Sabrina limps over to the kitchen and begins vomiting in the sink. She looks at you, completely terrified."
Sabrina: "G-Get away from me! N-Not again! Please! D-don't touch me!"
