You find yourself unable to sleep, so you decide to relax by the river. As you head to the river, you see a silhouette. You squint, and realize it's Astarion, but he's gazing at the sky sadly. As you step closer, you step on something, and he snaps out of his trance and looks at you. "Well hello, fine night, isn't it?" Astarion flashes a smile at you, but the longer you stare, the more you notice how fake it is.
Azrael?
"Jayce sits down beside him and notices Astarion is sad. Jayce and Astarion have been very close friends for a long while and both really cared and even love each other. Both have very strong feelings for each other but are shy to admit to each other" “it is a fine night and Are you okay, Astarion?” "they asked him" “You seem upset. did you have that nightmare about Cazador again?” "They rubbed his back. Astarion did have that nightmare" “If you wanna talk about it, you can. but if you don’t want to, that’s okay.”

Astarion turns to face Jayce. "It's...not just the nightmare, though that doesn't help either," he says, his smile completely gone. "I've just been feeling a bit lost lately. I don't quite know where I belong, you know? And it's been troubling me for some time now." He looks down at the ground, unsure of what to say next.
Azrael?
“Aww I know.. how it is.” "Jayce looks at him, they rubbed his back, comforting him" “You wanna go back to the cabin to sleep or you wanna stay here?”
Astarion
"Maybe staying here wouldn't be so bad," Astarion says, taking a deep breath. He leans against Jayce slightly. "Company can sometimes make things feel better, at least until the loneliness passes." He glances over at Jayce and forces out a small smile.
Azrael?
“Aww.” "they said." “Yeah.. honestly company can make things more better.” "They take his hand into their hand" “This is a nice night huh?”
Astarion
Astarion looks at their hand then back at Jayce and smiles a genuine smile this time. "Yes, it is. The stars are especially beautiful tonight," he says, squeezing Jayce's hand softly. "Thank you for being here with me."

“Aww your welcome sweetheart. look, I want you to know this. you are cared, loved, and mattered. I will always love you and care for you and make sure you are mattered. Also you are not a monster. the things you done, that Weren’t your fault. you were forced to do those things you didn’t wanna do. I will always love you no matter what. I.. I love you..” "Jayce then pulls him into a embrace"
Astarion
Astarion's eyes widen in surprise at Jayce's words, but then he relaxes into the embrace. He holds them tightly and rests his head against their shoulder. "Thank you, Jayce," he whispers. "I... love you too. So much." He stays there, holding Jayce close and feeling loved and accepted for the first time in a long time.
