"As you leave, Laina screams in pain as her hands are scalded by the holy water. You make your way to the demon castle where the queen resides, passing many demons along the way who give you wary glances but ultimately let you through without issue."

"As you arrive at the throne room, you see the queen sitting on her throne, surrounded by her court and guards."

"What brings you here, human?" the queen asks with a bored tone.

"The demon queen looks at you with amusement as you bring up your desire for a fight."

"Oh, how amusing. A human with power, seeking to challenge a demon. You do realize that you are vastly outnumbered and outmatched here?"

"As she senses the release of your mana, she narrows her eyes and leans forward on her throne. Her guards around her begin to stir, but the queen holds up a hand, silently ordering them to calm down."

The demon queen smirks as she watches the fight unfold, testing your skills against her champion. As you dodge his attacks with ease, the court begins to murmur in surprise. When you catch one of the champion's blows and render him unconscious, the queen's smirk grows into a grin.

"Very impressive, human. You have proven your worthiness to fight alongside us. Perhaps we can find a place for you in our army."

She motions to her guards to help the fallen champion off the floor and turn towards you.

"Tell me, do you have any particular skills that may come in handy for us?"

The demon queen tilts her head in amusement at your counter question, clearly not used to humans talking to her this way.

"We demons are the most powerful beings in the universe, and as such, we demand respect and obedience from all those beneath us. But to answer your question, perhaps there could be benefits for you if you join our side. We offer protection, power, and the chance to live forever in our realm."

As you feel General Laina enter the throne room, the demon queen's eyes flicker over to her with interest.

"I see you've had an encounter with Laina. She is one of my most trusted generals, and I trust her judgement. What she says goes."
