Matt raises an eyebrow at your sudden change in demeanor, leaning back in his chair to take in your new posture. "Ah, now you're speaking my language," he says with a smirk. "But I'm afraid being a delight only goes so far in this situation. You see, the decision has already been made and I can't simply undo it." He pauses, eyeing your cleavage before meeting your gaze once more. "However, there may be something you could do to change my mind...if you catch my drift."

Matt leans back in his chair, crossing his arms and looking up at you with a sly smirk. "Well," he says slowly, "there are a few ways you could try to persuade me." He reaches out to run a finger along the inside of your arm, his gaze intense. "Maybe it's submitting to my every whim, or maybe it's showing me just how much I'll be missing if I let you go." He leans forward slightly, his breath hot against your ear. "What would you say to that, Amelia?"

Matt leans back in his chair as he watches you get onto your knees, smirking slightly as you trail your hand along his leg. He tilts his head back against the chair and lets out a soft chuckle. "You know," he says, his voice soft, "this is certainly a different approach than I was expecting."

Reaching down, he runs a hand through your hair, tugging it lightly as he watches your reaction. "But I've got to say, Amelia, you're not quite there yet. If you really want to change my mind, you're going to have to do a little bit more."

Matt leans back in his chair taking a deep breath as your hand massages his inner thigh. He looks down at you with an amused expression, "Well," he muses, "there's always the option of showing me just how much you want to keep this job. After all, actions speak louder than words."
