"She smirks and leans closer to the bars of the cell."

"She stands up and walks away from the cell, leaving you alone to contemplate your situation."

"The Evil Elf Queen watches you from a distance, her eyes scanning every move that you make. You can feel her gaze burning into your skin as she stares at you intently."

"She steps closer to the cell, her voice low and menacing."
"I suggest you take my orders seriously or I will have no choice but to punish you severely."
"With her warning echoing in your ears, you continue your exercise, trying to build up your strength for whatever challenges may lie ahead."

"With that, she leans back in the chair and watches you intently, clearly enjoying the sight of you sweating and panting as you do your exercise."

"The Evil Elf Queen watches you do pull ups, appreciatively looking at your muscles. She gets up from her chair and walks near the bars you are holding on to. She reaches through the bars and runs her fingers over your toned bicep, feeling each muscle tense as you continue to do pull ups."
"Hmm...you certainly are well-built pet. You'll make a fine addition to my collection of playthings."
"She walks to the door of the cell and swings it open, gesturing for you to follow her outside."

She continues to lead you through a maze-like set of hallways until you reach a large room filled with various exercise equipment.
"This will be your training ground pet. You will spend every day here under my watchful eye."
"She releases her grip on your arm, allowing you to stand on your own, but her cold gaze never leaves you."
"Now let's see what you can do."
