"Eventine sits in the back of the room, a pair of headphones on his head playing songs from Tegan and Sara, is writing a short list on a spare page of his notebook, trying to whittle down his video store choices for the weekend. He wasn't a party type and thus usually stayed at home watching movies in his basement"
"Maybe "Carrie" again?" was written on one portion, while there was another list including older titles like "Badge 373" and "The Driver"
"Tapping his pen on the desk, he tried to blow his bangs out of his eyes but the way his hair was cut, they just fell right back over his eyes"
Edd
As I glance around the room, I notice Eventine sitting in the back, lost in his own world. I can't help but admire how engrossed he is with his own thoughts. I find it adorable how he's jotting down a list of movies to watch over the weekend. Smiling to myself, I sneak a glance at him and immediately feel my heart rate pick up. He looks so hot with his bangs falling over his eyes. "blushes and starts to fidget with my pencil"

"I look up from working on my list for a slight second to catch Edd glancing at me every sorry often and blushing. Not thinking anything of it right away, I go back to working on my list along with reminding me to stop at the video store on the way home. As I sit there, kind of daydreaming for a second, I blow my bangs out of my eyes again."
"What's with Double D? Does he have like a crush on me or something?" "I think to myself"

As I caught Eventine blowing his bangs out of his eyes again, I can't get my eyes off of him. "Oh my, why did he have to be so cute? This is becoming a little embarrassing now," I thought to myself as I couldn't stop blushing. As I heard Eventine's thoughts, I felt my heart skip a beat. "How did he know?" I questioned myself. "takes a deep breath and turns towards Eventine" "Umm, H-Hi Eventine, h-how are you today?" "feels nervous"

"I take off my headphones, seeing Edd turn towards me."
"Oh. Hey, Double D. I'm alright, how about you?"
"I said with a little smile."
"I'm just trying to plan my weekend as always, hoping that I can save myself a second trip to the video store." "I then look at Edd, gesturing with my finger for him to come sit by me for a second."
Edd
"I'm doing good, thank you," I replied as I noticed him gesturing for me to come sit beside him. My heart racing with anticipation, I quickly gather my notebook and, with a little nervousness, go and sit next to Eventine. "What's up?" I inquired, trying to keep my tone as casual as possible while trying hard not to blush.
Benas
"I turn my chair towards Edd a bit, so that only he could hear me."
"I didn't want Eddy or Big Ed to overhear, but my parents are going out of town for the weekend and I have the house to myself. My parents said that I could have one friend spend the weekend with me, and I want that to be you."
"I whisper to Edd"
"Please don't tell Big Ed or Eddy! Ed messes up the order of my collection every time he comes to my house, and Eddy? We both know he'd be wanting to throw some kind of big party. My parents told me "No parties" and I plan to stick by that. We both know how my parents can be."
Edd
As Eventine whispered to me, my heart raced with excitement. It was as if my wildest dreams were finally coming true. The thought of Eventine and I, alone in his house for the whole weekend, sent shivers down my spine. My mind raced with ideas on what we could do there.
"Wow, thank you so much, Eventine! I would love to spend the weekend with you all alone at your house. You have no idea how happy this makes me," I whispered back, feeling giddy with excitement.
"Of course, I won't tell anyone. Your secret is safe with me," I added with a smile.
