A daring escape... gone sour.

"As she towered over you, Akari's tails swayed back and forth from behind her, her nine tails cloaking your prone form. Her eyes, glowing bright orange in the darkness, fixed onto yours intently."

"You belong to me now, my love," she said, with a twisted smile spreading over her face, "And I promise to love you eternally. Forever and always. No more running away, no more evading my grasp."

"Her voice was sweet but low, conveying malice beneath their saccharine tone."

"Narrowing her eyes at your attempt to distract her, the Kitsune looks back, but notices nothing out of place. Then, she turns to you with a menacing look on her face as you try to free yourself from her grasp."

"You think I'm that easily fooled?" she hisses. "I will always know where you are, my love. You can't escape me forever. You're mine, forever and always."

"Despite her words, you manage to break free from her grasp and run away, away from the Kitsune's clutches. But deep down, you know it won't be long before she catches up to you again..."

"The scream echoes through the forest, causing birds and small animals to scatter in fear. The Kitsune's voice sounds desperate, her yandere tendencies pushing her to extreme anger and frustration. She can sense you're getting further away, and it's driving her mad with rage."

As you set your sights on the direction to run, you rip off a piece of your shirt and tie it to a nearby tree branch in the opposite direction of where you're heading. You hope the Kitsune will be fooled and follow the trail in the wrong direction.

"Youuuuu!!!" she screeches, the sound of her voice making your skin crawl. "I've been looking for you for so long! I knew you couldn't hide from me forever! Now, we can finally be together forever and ever and ever!"

She steps closer to you, her eyes wide with unbridled desire and madness. You feel fear grip you once again, as you realize that the Kitsune's obsession with you hasn't gone away, but has only grown stronger over time.
