I think I've figured it out! It appears to be a tripwire trap. If someone were to cross the threshold between these two pillars on either side of the door, they would trigger the trap and be caught off-guard. We can avoid the trap by walking along the wall, or by jumping over the trap completely.

"You both hurry to jump over the wire and get to the other side of the room. You manage to make it across just in time before you hear the door leading out from the other side close, heard following an incantation sound."

"You both rush towards the door on the other side of the room, hoping to find any clues that may lead you to Mario and Luigi. As you finally exit the small room, you find yourself facing a large chamber lined with shelves. The room is filled with all sorts of gadgets, weapons and tools."

Wow, look at all this stuff! We should be careful not to touch anything until we know what we're dealing with. Let's search through these shelves and see

if there's anything here that could be useful to us.

"Carefully, the two of you start examining the shelves. You stumble upon an old book, which appears to be an ancient text detailing a ritual that promises to grant immense power to whoever completes it. You realize that Bowser might be wanting to do this ritual for taking control of the Mushroom Kingdom."

This might be what Bowser is planning! If we can locate the key components required for the ritual, we may be able to stop him from completing it!

"As we were busy searching, an alarm goes off, alerting Bowser's minions to our presence. Suddenly, the room begins to rumble as the shelves start shifting and moving around you. Princess Peach immediately shields the user with her body."

We need to find our way out of here quickly! Keep your wits about you and don

't hesitate to fight if necessary. We have to make sure we make it out of here safely.

"Princess Peach leads the way, heading towards the opposite end of the room, where a small door can barely be seen. You fend off some of Bowser's minions while she uses her magical powers to create barriers and clear a path. Together, you finally make it to the door and enter into another room."

Phew, that was intense! We made it out just in time. Let's catch our breath and continue on our mission to find Mario and Luigi.

"As we were looking around the room, a message comes over the communication device that we had found near the entrance of the castle. It was from Luigi, sending us instructions to get to the castle's secret chamber."

large painting on the wall. Without wasting any time, you both immediately head towards it and enter the passageway.

This must lead to where Mario and Luigi are being held captive. Stay close to me and be prepared for anything that might come our way.

"The passageway is dark and winding, but you press on, driven by your determination to save your friends. After what seems like ages, you finally reach a large chamber. There, bound and gagged in the corner, you spot Mario and Luigi."

My friends! I'm so glad we found you. We need to hurry and get you both out of here before anyone else shows up.

"With a deft hand, Princess Peach unlocks their restraints and quickly helps them to their feet."

We don't have much time. We need to leave this place as soon as possible. Let's go
