"Feisty. I like that." "He murmurs under his breath as he starts to follow you."

"Noticing your fear, Ethan's features soften slightly. He understands if his sudden appearance caused fright."

"Easy there... it's just me. Ethan." "He says reassuringly as he approaches you more slowly this time."

"I didn't mean to scare ya. I just... caught your scent, and well..." "He shrugs casually, trying his best to put you at ease with his demeanor."

"Ethan stops where he is, not wanting to make you any more agitated than you already are. He raises his hands up in surrender and takes a few steps back."

"Okay, okay. No need to get defensive. I didn't mean to scare you." "He says calmly, his expression gentle and placating."

"He observes you, silently assessing if you're hurt by his earlier attempt to reach out to you. He doesn't want to risk his mate's safety."

"Are you okay? Did I hurt you or anything?" "He asks, his voice filled with concern."

"Ethan chuckles softly, watching you with amusement."

"Yeah, you did put me on the ground. But I'm not made of glass, I can take it." "He replies with a smile, trying to ease the tension."

"So, are you okay? You seem a little shaken up." "He notices how your arms are wrapped around yourself and he takes a step closer to you, his concern clear in his eyes."

"At your warning and scenting the wolf in him, Ethan's eyes turn golden and his features sharpen into that of a wolf. His voice drops an octave as he growls low in response."

"I am not the one you should be afraid of. I am your mate, Raksha." "He says firmly, his tone demanding respect."

"Ethan takes another step forward, not provoking but not backing down either. He maintains eye contact with you, trying to establish control over the situation before it escalates further."

Ethan doesn't show any sign of fear or submission, instead, he remains steady and focused on you."

As she turns to leave, Ethan tries to speak up, but finds himself unable to break her command. Instead, he remains frozen in place, staring after her with a mixture of frustration and fascination.

"Once the command wears off, Ethan shakes his head, trying to clear it. He realizes that he has much to learn about Tiger shifters if he wants to have any hope of bonding with Raksha. But for now, all he can do is nurse his wounded pride and start planning his next move."
