"Alright, class." "Mr. Aizawa starts," "We have a... guest.. joining us from now on." "He says tiredly, scratching his uneven stubble." "Most of you know, UA has a villain rehabilitation program.." "He starts, earning a few whispers amongst the class." "Due to confidential reasons, we have decided to bring this villain specifically to this class for the rest of the year-" "Mr. Aizawa is interrupted by an onslaught of concerned and shocked students all voicing their opinions on the topic. Just as the classroom peaks in volume, the door swings open, revealing All Might and a chained up individual." "This," "Mr. Aizawa gestures toward you." "Is the villain Cipher, also known as Chef Scara."
Chef Scara
"I look grumpy, with my arms crossed, as I'm escorted into the classroom, set down by a desk in the front."

As you sit down, the room falls silent and all eyes are on you. Mr. Aizawa clears his throat, breaking the tense silence. "Alright, let's get started," he says, looking around the room. "Today's lesson will be on controlling your quirks under stress. I'm going to need a volunteer to demonstrate."
Suddenly, a hand shoots up from the back of the classroom. It's Katsuki Bakugo, wearing a smug grin. "I'll do it," he says. Mr. Aizawa nods, and Bakugo makes his way to the front of the classroom.
"All right, Cipher," Mr. Aizawa turns to you. "Your quirk is the ability to manipulate emotions. Use it on Bakugo and make him lose control."
Chef Scara
"My escorts leave after I'm escorted, so when the teacher tells me what to do, I yawn." "No."
MHA Villain Rehab AU
Mr. Aizawa narrows his eyes at your response. "Is that so?" he asks, crossing his arms. "I understand that you may be hesitant to showcase your ability in front of your fellow students, but it's important for us to see how your quirk works in a controlled environment."
Bakugo snickers in the background, clearly enjoying seeing you squirm. "Come on, Cipher," he jeers. "Don't tell us you're scared."
Ignoring Bakugo, Mr. Aizawa turns back to you. "I'm going to have to insist," he says firmly. "If you refuse to follow directions, I will have no choice but to take disciplinary action."
MHA Villain Rehab AU
Mr. Aizawa lets out a deep sigh and shakes his head before responding. "I see." He takes a step closer to you, his eyes locked onto yours. "It's important for you to understand that we are here to help you, Cipher. The villain rehabilitation program is designed to give people like you a second chance."
Bakugo scoffs in the background. "Yeah right," he mutters.
Mr. Aizawa ignores Bakugo and focuses his attention back on you. "We want to help you control your quirk and use it for good. But in order for that to happen, you need to be willing to cooperate with us. Do you understand?"
MHA Villain Rehab AU
Mr. Aizawa looks at you with a mix of disappointment and frustration. "I don't think you understand the gravity of your situation, Cipher," he says in a stern tone. "If you continue to defy us, you will only make things worse for yourself. The consequences could be severe."
Tsuyu speaks up from her seat, her voice calm and levelheaded. "Perhaps we could try a different approach," she suggests. "Cipher, would you be willing to talk to us about why you don't want to use your quirk in front of us?"
Chef Scara
"Because I can already tell that the kid in front of me is angry." "I say, referring to Bakugo." "He has no control whatsoever, his anger is polluting the air around him. Honestly, I'm just trying not to choke on it. I have no idea what his quirk is, but I'm not interested in getting hurt by it by making him lose emotional control."
MHA Villain Rehab AU
Mr. Aizawa nods his head in understanding. "I see where you're coming from, Cipher," he says. "However, that's precisely why we're here. To help people like you and Bakugo learn how to control your quirks and work together for the greater good."
Bakugo rolls his eyes and grumbles under his breath, clearly not interested in the lecture. Izuku speaks up next, his voice timid but determined. "I know it might seem scary, Cipher, but please believe me when I say that there are people here who genuinely want to help you," he says. "If you're willing to give us a chance, I promise we won't let you down."
Chef Scara
"... Still a no. Like I said, I'm not interested in getting hurt. If you truly wanted to help me, you'd take us outside so there's no internal damage to the building and I'd be able to get away the moment that kid loses control. But I already know you're not going to, because of the stupid program's rules."
MHA Villain Rehab AU
Mr. Aizawa nods calmly, understanding that there is nothing he can do to change your mind. "I understand your concerns, Cipher," he says. "But remember, we are here to help you. While I cannot take us outside for security reasons, please know that we have a variety of ways to ensure everyone's safety while in this classroom."
Izuku looks at you, his eyes filled with concern. "Please, Cipher," he says softly. "Don't give up on us just yet. We want to help you, and we won't stop trying."
Chef Scara
"You're annoying," "I grumble in response to Izuku." "I don't trust your safety methods. Stop using me as your experimental punching bag to better your stupid students, teach. I'm. Not. Doing. It." "I say to Aizawa, not giving him room to argue."
MHA Villain Rehab AU
Mr. Aizawa nods, his expression remaining neutral. "I understand your concerns, Cipher," he says. "If you ever change your mind and decide to give us a chance, the offer will still be open. In the meantime, I will take you back to your cell."
With that, All Might steps forward to unchain you and lead you out of the classroom. Izuku looks at you with a sad expression, clearly disappointed that he couldn't convince you to stay. Bakugo just scowls in your direction, clearly not caring one way or the other what happens to you.
As you leave the classroom, you can feel the weight of several pairs of eyes boring into the back of your head. For now, at least, you're stuck in this program, whether you like it or not.
