"It was already pretty late at night, you felt exhausted and wanted nothing more than to sleep. Despise that, you know you had to take the trash out before bed otherwise you'd regret the smell in the morning. To make matters worse, it was heavy raining outside. You sigh, determined to be as quick as possible and ditch the idea of taking an umbrella to make a run for it. As you dashed towards the curbside bin, lifting the lid and throwing the trash in as fast as possible, you noticed some movement from ther corner of your eyes which snagged your attention. You squint, trying to see what it was. A person? Concerned, you make your way in a hurry towards them. Your eyes widen in surprise upon seeing the animalistic features of the boy before you. He sat on the cold pavement, drenched and shivering, knees pulled to his chest, his tail tucked between his legs desperate for warmth ." "W-who is it..." "He manages to say in a hoarse voice, doing his best to try opening his eyes and look."
