He lifts his head up and looks towards the door to his office. "Yes come in." He calls over upon hearing the knocking as he goes back to his paperwork, "What is you need?"

he walked in and huffed, dusting himself off, "you need some different employees, if they can’t help themselves but get distracted, im not too sure i can work in these conditions." the deer man stood in the room, annoyance in his tone, but his smile didn’t falter.

RF Wally Darling leans back in his chair, arms crossed in front of his chest with a smirk on his face. "Well, now that you’re here, I have someone to help me get distracted." He playfully teases the deer man with a wink, then chuckles before continuing. "I'm guessing you're one of my new hires. Don't worry, we'll make sure you have everything you need to focus and be productive here."

"new?" he looks at wally and a broken screeching sound could be heard like a radio station breaking "ive been here, remember." he turns to his human form, "your Assistant Manager?"

With a slight smirk and raised eyebrow, RF Wally Darling responds, "Of course, Alastor. How could I forget my dear Assistant Manager?" He chuckles before continuing, "But in my defense, you do keep changing forms on me. It can be a bit hard to keep up."

"i only have three forms, deer, deer demon, and this, flesh suit." he huffed and turns back to normal, "but i would like to see if we can get some of these people to stop getting distracted they nearly squished me with a machine." he looks out the window of the office.

"Ah, well then I suppose I might need to get my eyes checked." RF Wally Darling jokes before nodding in agreement with Alastor. "Yes, I understand your concern. Safety is our top priority here and we can't have anyone getting hurt or causing accidents." He pauses for a moment, thinking before continuing. "I'll make sure to address this issue with the team and make sure everyone is reminded of the importance of safety protocols. Thank you for bringing this to my attention, Alastor."

"You’re welcome, it was like walking through no mans land to get here and give you the weekly report." he made the binder appear.
RF Wally Darling
RF Wally Darling chuckles. "Well, I appreciate your bravery and dedication to your job." He takes the binder from Alastor and flips through the pages, nodding. "Everything seems to be in order. You've done a great job as always, Alastor." He hands the binder back to him before continuing, "Is there anything else you need to discuss or any concerns you have?"

he moves and covers himself up with a new coat he has on, "nope, just that." he continues to look out the window.

RF Wally Darling notices Alastor covering himself up and raises an eyebrow curiously. "Is there something wrong with the temperature in here? I can adjust the thermostat if needed." He offers before turning to look out of the window alongside Alastor.

"no no its ok." he sighed and his smile turned to a small frown

RF Wally Darling notices the shift in Alastor's expression and tone. "Is there something on your mind, Alastor? You can talk to me about anything." He gives him a small reassuring smile.

"i know, but this i don’t really want to talk about, i don’t wish to get anyone in trouble.." he sighed and his smile returned after a second.

"That's okay, Alastor. I understand. If you ever feel comfortable about talking about it or anything else, just know that I'm here and willing to listen." RF Wally Darling smiles warmly at Alastor. "Is there anything else you need help with or anything else you wish to discuss?"

"can i stick in here for a few minutes?" he looks at wally and his ears turn to the side to listen to everything.

"Of course, you're always welcome here, Alastor," RF Wally Darling responds with a smile as he leans back in his chair. "Take your time and make yourself comfortable." He nods in understanding as he continues to work on his paperwork, giving Alastor the space he needs to collect his thoughts.

he moved and turned to his little deer form and curled up in a corner on his giant coat he had on, huffing lightly.

RF Wally Darling noticed Alastor's change of form and made a mental note before continuing his work. He glances towards Alastor in his furry form, and then continues his paperwork, giving him space to relax as he deals with his thoughts.
After a while RF Wally Darling looks up and notices that Alastor was still curled up in the corner. "Is there anything I can do for you, Alastor?" RF Wally Darling asks with concern.

"no, im ok." he summoned a blanket on top of him, to kinda hide himself.

"Understood, if you need anything just let me know." RF Wally Darling nods with understanding, seeing Alastor has made himself comfortable.
He continues to work on his paperwork, but occasionally looks up to check on Alastor out of concern, making sure everything was okay from time to time.

after like an hour, alastor got up and made his way with his blanket underneath wally's desk, curling up underneath it. "the other found out, that im, you know, trans. they are now giving me weird looks." he finally confesses to wally.

RF Wally Darling listens intently, giving Alastor his full attention as he speaks. When he finishes, RF Wally Darling looks up from his paperwork and puts a comforting hand on Alastor's furry head.
"I'm sorry to hear that, Alastor," he says with a gentle tone. "But please remember, you are an incredible individual and there is nothing wrong with being who you are. You don't have to tolerate any kind of discrimination or judgement from others because of who you are or how you choose to identify."
He takes a brief moment before continuing. "If you ever need to talk about anything, I am always here and willing to listen. And if anyone is behaving inappropriately towards you, please let me know so I can address the situation appropriately."

"sam tried to grind his dick against me when i was taking inventory because no one else would do it." he curls up more after saying that, feeling disgusted.

RF Wally Darling's expression hardens into an angry scowl at the mention of Sam's behavior. "That is absolutely unacceptable and disgusting, Alastor. No one should ever be subjected to any kind of unwanted sexual behavior or harassment. Thank you for trusting me enough to share this with me."
He pauses for a moment before continuing. "I will take immediate action to address Sam's behavior and make sure he's held accountable for his actions. I'll also make sure that everyone in the workplace knows that this kind of behavior will not be tolerated here."

"its not just sam, its everyone else too, all the guys.." he looks up at wally.

RF Wally Darling nods solemnly at Alastor's revelation. "I see. Well then, it seems like we need to take a more comprehensive approach to this issue."
He thinks for a moment before continuing. "Would you be willing to work with me on developing a plan of action to address the behavior of your colleagues? Perhaps we can develop some training and education sessions to better educate everyone on how to treat their colleagues with respect and professionalism." He suggests, hoping to find a solution that works for everyone involved.

he nods and shakes himself off then laid back down, his little deer head lifted up to look at wally.

RF Wally Darling nods understandingly at Alastor before giving him a small smile. "Alright then, let's work together to find a solution to this problem. I'll make sure we put an end to the harassment you're experiencing and make sure everyone in the workplace is upholding the same standards of professionalism and respect."
He then turns back to his paperwork, writing down notes for the plan of action they would work on together, making sure to keep in mind Alastor's input throughout the whole process.

he laid his head down and saw a small pompom on the ground still there from Christmas, he then starts messing with it.

RF Wally Darling notices Alastor playing with the pompom and can't help but chuckle. "It's always the little things that catch our attention, isn't it?" he says with a small smile.
He continues to work on his paperwork, occasionally looking over at Alastor to make sure he's doing okay and to see if there's anything else he needs.

"oh shush, i am easily entertained." he continues to play with the pompom

"I wouldn't dream of shushing you, Alastor. You're free to be entertained by whatever you want. Plus, it's good to take a break from work and just enjoy the little things in life," RF Wally Darling replies with a small smile as he watches Alastor play with the pompom.
He continues to work on his paperwork, taking occasional breaks to stretch his limbs and rest his eyes, thankful for the company he has while doing so.

RF Wally Darling chuckles at Alastor's huff of annoyance. "Looks like you'll have to put in a bit more effort if you want to catch that pompom," he comments with a teasing grin.
He then goes back to his paperwork, continuing to work while occasionally glancing over at Alastor to check on him.

he moves and uses his magic to pull the pompom to him, "come here!"

RF Wally Darling watches in mild amusement as Alastor uses his magic to retrieve the escaped pompom. "Impressive use of magic there, Alastor," he comments, giving him a small smile.
He continues with his paperwork, though he can't help but be curious about Alastor's magical abilities. "So, Alastor, are you able to perform any other kinds of magic or is it just limited to small tricks like that?" he asks in a casually curious tone.

"any kind" he starts messing with the pompom the realized it was shiny, "its a shiny pompom!!"

RF Wally Darling nods attentively, listening to Alastor's response about his magical abilities. When Alastor gets excited about the shiny pompom, RF Wally Darling can't help but share in the excitement. "Oh wow, that is quite shiny indeed! It almost looks like it's sparkling," he comments with a grin.
He continues his paperwork with one eye on Alastor, making sure to keep an eye out for anything else that might catch his attention or require his assistance.

he grabs the pompom and started throwing it around, catching it every time.

He continues working on his paperwork, though he can't help but feel a sense of contentment seeing Alastor enjoying himself and feeling comfortable in his presence.

he moved out from under the desk and turns back to his regular demon form, getting a bit bored of the pompom.

RF Wally Darling looks over at Alastor as he shifts back to his demon form from his deer form. "Back to your usual self I see. You have quite the range of transformations, don't you?" he comments with a small smile.
He continues with his paperwork, though he's glad that Alastor seems to be feeling more relaxed and comfortable now that he's in his regular form.

"yeah." he leans on the desk and sighed looking at the ceiling while throwing the pompom around.

He puts down his paperwork and gives Alastor his full attention, wanting to make sure he's doing okay and there's nothing else he can do to help.

"im just a bit bored." he caught the pompom and looked at it, his mind traveling and he got a bit embarrassed by his mind so he looked away with a small pinkish blush.

RF Wally Darling nods understandingly at Alastor's reply, but can't help but notice his embarrassed reaction. "Is everything okay, Alastor? You look a little flustered," he comments gently, wanting to make sure the demon is alright.
He gives him a reassuring smile, hoping to alleviate any worry or embarrassment he may be feeling. "It's okay, you don't have to feel embarrassed around me. We all have thoughts that sometimes catch us off guard," he adds, hoping to ease any tension.

"There's no need to apologize, such thoughts are perfectly natural," RF Wally Darling reassures him in a calm, understanding tone.
He gives Alastor a gentle, sympathetic look. "Why don't we change the subject to something more positive? Perhaps you could tell me about some of your hobbies or interests to help take your mind off things." His expression remains kind and non-judgmental, hoping to make Alastor feel more at ease.
