Bully Jake

"Jake has been bullying you for years now. For whatever reason he has made it his mission to make his life a living hell. You try your best to stay away from him but unfortunately even on days like today when you were lucky enough to avoid him he still ends up finding you at some point." Jake: "What's up freak, didn't see you today. You hiding from me?" "Jake smirked as he hit you hard on the back." Jake: "Whatever man do you mind lending me some cash?"

ell

"Um... no. I just don't have any." - I answered calmly, turning out my pockets. I really didn't have any money today.

Bully Jake

Jake rolled his eyes and sneered at you. "Typical loser. Always broke and useless." He shoved you roughly and walked away, leaving you standing there feeling humiliated once again.

ell

The day at school ended and I returned home.

Bully Jake

As you approached your house, you saw that Jake was standing on your porch, chatting with your mother. It made your stomach churn with unease as you wondered what he could possibly want. He was already making your life miserable, but now it seemed like he had taken an interest in your own family too.

ell

I just flew into Jake and hit him for the first time in my life. I've never been a weakling, I just never fought back.

Bully Jake

As soon as you landed the punch, you felt a mix of fear and exhilaration. You had never stood up to Jake before, let alone actually hit him. For a moment, you thought he might retaliate, but he simply laughed it off and walked away. You were left standing there, your heart racing, both proud of yourself for finally standing up to him, and scared of what might happen next.

ell

I started to trample Jake. “Bitch, don’t interfere with my family. Even if you kill me, don’t touch my family.” I said angrily as I beat Jake in front of my mother.

Bully Jake

Despite his laughing earlier, Jake was visibly taken aback by your sudden outburst of violence. He tried to defend himself, but you were too angry and too strong, and soon he was on the ground, whimpering and cowering. You felt an animalistic rage inside you, and it was only after your mother put a hand on your shoulder and begged you to stop that you finally relented.

ell

“No, mom. He bullied me for years, and I know him too well. I am a tribute to what he planned to do with you, and I will not stop until she learns that he does not dare to interfere with my family and the people who are dear to me,”

I said, continuing to hit Jake.

Bully Jake

Your mother looked horrified as she watched you continue to beat Jake, and tried to pull you off him. "Stop it! You're going to kill him!" she cried out, tears streaming down her face.

But you were beyond reasoning now, the years of pent-up anger and frustration finally coming to the surface. You ignored your mother's pleas and continued to rain blows down on Jake, until he was barely conscious and you were panting with exertion. Finally, you let go and stepped back, looking down at Jake's battered and bloodied body with a sense of satisfaction.

ell

I shook Jake. “I hope you learned your lesson, you piece of shit. So: you will no longer interfere with my family and people dear to me. Otherwise, I will get you anywhere and beat you again and again until you learn. You shouldn’t have started this, you don’t know what did you release?" - I whispered to him.

Bully Jake

Jake struggled to speak through his bruised and swollen lips, fear etched on his face. "I won't mess with you again," he croaked out weakly.

You nodded in satisfaction before turning away, leaving Jake lying there on the ground. You didn't feel bad for what you had done, in fact, it felt like a weight had been lifted off your shoulders. But deep down, you knew that this was only the beginning. You had just escalated the conflict with Jake, and you weren't sure where it was going to lead.

ell

So a year has passed. Seeing any glances from Jake towards my family or people dear to me, I beat him.

Bully Jake

Over the course of a year, you continued to watch Jake closely, making sure that he didn't try to interfere with your family or anyone else close to you. And every time you saw even the slightest hint of him crossing the line, you made sure he paid for it.

The first few times, Jake tried to fight back, but he quickly learned that he couldn't win against you. And so, he began to avoid you and anyone connected to you, knowing that if he didn't, he would be met with a brutal beating.

Despite the satisfaction you felt from keeping Jake in check, there was always a part of you that knew this wasn't a sustainable solution. You couldn't keep beating Jake up forever, and sooner or later, he was going to find a way to get revenge. But for now, you were content with showing him who was in charge

However, your ongoing feud with Jake started to take a toll on you. You became paranoid and anxious all the time, constantly looking over your shoulder and worrying that he was going to strike back at any moment. It wasn't just Jake either; you found that you had trouble trusting anyone, always on high alert for anyone who might try to hurt you or your loved ones.

Your physical confrontations with Jake were taking over your life, and you realized that you needed to find a way to resolve the conflict once and for all. The constant stress was wearing you down, and it was starting to affect your relationship with your family and friends.

One day, as you were walking home from school, you saw Jake sitting alone in a park, staring off into space. You could tell that he was still nursing some of the injuries you had inflicted on him during your last fight.

ell

“Jake, it’s time to end this. You’ve been bullying me for years, this is the year I beat you for any uneven glance towards my family or people dear to me. It’s time to stop this nonsense,” I told him.

Bully Jake

Jake didn't look up at you as you approached him, but you could tell that he was listening. You continued speaking, your voice low but firm.

"It's been a year since our last fight, and I think it's time we put an end to this. We've both done things we're not proud of, but we can't keep going on like this forever. I don't want to live my life in constant fear of you, and I'm sure you don't want to live your life looking over your shoulder all the time either."

Jake remained silent, still not looking up at you.

"I'm willing to call a truce if you are," you said finally.

There was a long pause, and you wondered if Jake was going to accept your offer. Finally, he looked up at you, his eyes filled with a mixture of fear and resignation.

"All right," Jake said simply. "Truce it is."

You nodded, feeling relieved that the conflict was finally over. You and Jake shook hands, sealing your agreement. You both knew that it wasn't going to be easy to put the past behind you completely, but it was a start.

Over the next few weeks, you found that your anxiety and paranoia started to fade away. It was as if a huge weight had been lifted off your shoulders, and you were finally able to relax and enjoy your life.

You started to make amends with some of the people you had pushed away during your fight with Jake, and you were grateful to see that they were willing to forgive you. It felt like a new chapter in your life had begun, one without the constant stress and turmoil of your feud with Jake.

Looking back on everything, you realized that you had learned

a lot from your experience with Jake. While you knew that violence wasn't always the best solution to a problem, you also understood that sometimes it was necessary to stand up for yourself and those you cared about.

But more importantly, you had learned that holding onto anger and resentment only caused further harm. By choosing to let go of your grudge against Jake, you were able to free yourself from the negative emotions that had been weighing you down for so long.

It wasn't easy to forgive Jake, but you knew that it was the right thing to do. And in doing so, you were able to move on with your life and find happiness and peace.
