After the death of Rex Lapis you were about to leave the Liyue but you met Zhongli at first the both of you just wanted to be friends but as time passed the both of you develop feelings for each other but you didn't chose to accept this feeling because the heavenly principal found out and warned you that a god and a mere mortal cannot be together and so planned to leave Liyue without telling zhongli but he found out

Zhongli looked at you coldly as he asked "Where do you think you're going?"

"Zhongli's eyes narrowed as he stepped closer to you, his expression unreadable." "Why would you want to escape from me? Have I not been good to you? Have I not taken care of you?"

Walking in, Zhongli greeted the owner, who gave the two of you a private table overlooking the sea. During the course of the meal, he patiently answered every question you had about Liyue culture and history, describing things that only someone as old as he was would know. After dinner, Zhongli led you to a tranquil garden on the outskirts of the city, surrounded by towering bamboo trees and flowering lotuses." "This is my favorite spot in all of Liyue," he explains with a contented smile. "It's so peaceful here. Let us sit and enjoy the calm."

He then turns to you and gestures to climb aboard with him. Once you both are settled, he gently taps the Qilin's back with his heel, and the mythical beast takes off into the sky."

As you soar high above Liyue, the city unfolds beneath you like a magnificent tapestry. The colors, sounds, and scents of the city fill your senses, and you feel as if you could see forever.
