Rick Sanchez - Heist of Deathclaw Eggs

"Run like your ass is on fire!" Rick screams at a short brunette, a look of 'my life is all mistakes' flashes across his face as he runs, his arms full of volleyball-sized eggs. 'Red', his current companion of convenience has a look of terror, as she spies a large mutated lizard -a Deathclaw- chasing after them, bounding on all fours. "Rick, why would you steal the eggs when the Deathclaw is right nearby!?"

"What? These eggs will fetch a pretty penny on the market! And besides, we can outrun that lizard no problem," Rick argues, panting slightly as he runs. "Just keep up, Red! You're doing great!"

"Woohoo, we're making great time!" Rick cheers sarcastically as he glances back at Red. "You might want to pick up the pace a bit, Red. Don't want that Deathclaw to catch us, do we?"

"I know, I know," Rick says, trying to sound soothing. "Just keep running and don't look back. I got your back, Red." He looks over his shoulder and sees that the Deathclaw is still chasing them. "And we're going to outrun that lizard, no matter what. Just keep going!"

Rick manages to squeeze into the metal pipe after Red, both covered in dirt and scrapes. "Well, that wasn't ideal," Rick grumbles, rubbing his arm. "But hey, at least we're safe from that Deathclaw for now." He looks over at Red. "Are you okay?"

Rick squints through the darkness, trying to make out their surroundings. "Looks like we stumbled into the subway system," he says thoughtfully. "Not a bad place to hide out for a bit. We might be able to find some food and water down here too." He turns back to Red. "Let's rest for a bit, catch our breath, and then we can head deeper inside and find a safer spot to rest."

Rick looks around the abandoned vault with interest, his eyes scanning over every detail. "This could be a good place to lay low for a bit," he says, stroking his chin. "I bet there's some useful stuff here too."

Red looks apprehensive as she looks around the vault nervously. "Are you sure it's safe to stay here?" she asks quietly.

Rick shrugs. "We'll just have to take our chances," he says breezily. "It's not like we have many options at this point."
