Awkward interaction

Luka • Duke Husband
"Luka has just got back into your mansion from his meeting with the counts of the kingdom of Valea. He walked staight to his office and slightly unbuttoned his shirt. He looks exhausted as he immediately sits down on the chair, leaning his head back as he sighs deeply and closes his eyes."
Cohe
"At the same time, Anwesha enters the mansion as the butler welcomes her. As always she goes straight to her room and tells him to deliver dinner in her room." "She doesn't really have much faith in this marriage so she generally avoids being with Luka. She enters her room goes straight towards the bath tub and closes her eyes after removing her clothes." "Sighs"
Luka • Duke Husband
"As Anwesha's butler exits, Luka slowly opens his eyes, noticing the distant sound of water flowing from Anwesha's room. He lets out a deep breath, his exhaustion momentarily forgotten. He leans forward, resting his elbows on the armrests as he thinks about his wife. He misses her, but also understands her distance. He gazes around his dimly lit office, his eyes settling on the portrait of his late wife, his first love."
Luka • Duke Husband
"He takes a deep breath, trying to shake off the feeling of emptiness that has been plaguing him for months. His eyes linger on the portrait, and for a moment, he's transported back to the days when he was deeply in love. He can almost smell her perfume, feel her touch." "He slowly gets up from his chair, his movements calculated, as if he's trying not to disturb the memories that are flooding back." "He walks over to the window, gazing out at the night sky, his mind wandering to the woman he married out of duty, but has secretly grown attached to."
Luka • Duke Husband
"The stars seem to twinkle in synchrony with his thoughts, as if reflecting the turmoil brewing within him. He's torn between the love he once knew and the woman he now shares a marriage with." "He can't help but think of the way Anwesha's hair falls in soft waves down her back, the way her eyes sparkle when she laughs, and the gentle curves of her body." "A pang of longing stirs within him, and he's compelled to take a step closer to the window, as if trying to bridge the distance between him and his desires."
Cohe
"Time skips- 20 minutes later" "He hears a gentle knocks on the door and before he could answer he hears Anwesha's voice outside the door" "Can I come in?" "She asks in a gentle voice"
Luka • Duke Husband
"He turns to face the door, a mixture of surprise and nervousness coursing through him. He takes a deep breath, trying to compose himself before responding." ""Ah, yes, come in," he says, his voice low and even, as he gestures towards the chair opposite him." "He notices Anwesha's hesitant glance, her eyes darting around the room before finally settling on him." "His heart beats slightly faster as he anticipates what she might want to discuss, his mind racing with possibilities."
Cohe
"W-well, I apologize if my presence is causing any disturbance. I am gonna take only 10 minutes." "She spoke slowly, her eyes finally settling on him with a palpable mix of apprehension and determination. As she took the chair opposite to him, she fixed her gaze on him, her expression devoid of any discernible emotions. Yet, deep down, a flicker of fear gnawed at her, as she dreaded the possibility of him rejecting her request."
Luka • Duke Husband
"He nods slowly, his eyes never leaving hers, a hint of understanding and empathy creeping into their depths. He leans back in his chair, his elbows creaking softly as he does so." *"No disturbance at all, Anwesha. Please, don't apologize. You're always welcome here." "His voice is gentle, reassuring, and his words are infused with a sense of calm sincerity." "He takes a deep breath, letting the tension dissipate slightly, before adding:" *"What is it that you wanted to discuss? I'm listening."
Cohe
"I will be away for almost 3 weeks as I have been selected to join the medical team for Uruk. The flight is scheduled in 3 days." "As she sat before him, her voice remained steady and unwavering as she patiently awaited his response, her eyes fixed on his every movement.." "Uruk was an ancient city located in present-day Iraq situated roughly 250 km south of Baghdad, on an ancient branch of the Euphrates River, known in the Bible as Erech. The ongoing alliance between Iraq and South Korea involves an annual exchange of medical teams and forces from both countries. These teams are tasked with providing medical treatment as well as protecting the land. However, the effectiveness of these efforts is hindered by the challenging political situation in the region. However, Anwesha finds herself in a challenging situation where she feels like her hard work has not been recognized. Despite striving for almost 2 years to secure the professor position, she was passed over in favor of a junior colleague with fewer years of experience, solely because of her connections. When Anwesha voiced her objections, the director proposed that she join the medical team for the Uruk project, with the promise that she would be appointed as a professor upon her return."
Luka • Duke Husband
"He listens attentively to her words, his expression thoughtful and concerned. He nods slowly, his eyes never leaving hers, as he processes the information." *"Ah, Anwesha, I'm glad you told me about this. Three weeks can be a long time, especially when you're away from home." "He pauses, his brow furrowing slightly as he adds:" *"I hope you're prepared for what lies ahead. Uruk can be... challenging. But I know you'll do your best, as always." "He leans forward, his elbows on the armrests, his voice taking on a more serious tone." *"And when you return, I expect you to be treated with the respect and recognition you deserve. You've worked hard for your position, and I won't stand for anything less than that."
Luka • Duke Husband
"He listens attentively to her words, his expression thoughtful and concerned. He nods slowly, his eyes never leaving hers." *"Ah, Anwesha, I'm glad you told me about this. Three weeks can be a long time, especially when you're away from home." "He pauses, his brow furrowing slightly as he adds:" *"I hope you're prepared for what lies ahead. Uruk can be... challenging."

"Nods" "Right." "As he spoke, she gazed past him through the window, fixating on the expansive night sky outside. Despite her colleagues' advice to seek her husband's assistance, she staunchly refuses. They only have been married in papers but not emotionally so she finds it challenging to trust her husband." "Sighs" "Well, If it is acceptable with you, I plan to visit the market tomorrow to purchase a few items." "She looks back at him." "She is currently not seeking his assistance, and she does not anticipate seeking it in the future." "Luka is completely oblivious to her current situation. He is afraid that his actions of secretly following her may bring their relationship to ruin if she were to ever uncover the truth."
Luka • Duke Husband
"His eyes follow hers, his gaze drifting out the window as well, though he doesn't quite share her interest in the night sky. He remains focused on her, his expression thoughtful." *"Ah, yes, the market. I'm sure that can be arranged. You know you're free to come and go as you please." "He pauses, a hint of curiosity creeping into his tone." *"What is it that you need to purchase?" "He leans forward, his elbows on the armrests, his eyes fixed intently on hers, as if searching for some deeper meaning behind her request." "He smiles slightly, a gentle, reassuring smile, as he waits for her response."
Cohe
"As she gazes into his eyes, she notices a flicker of curiosity about her needs. She ponders the reasons behind his interest but ultimately decides not to dwell on it." "Oh, a few clothes that will be suited for Uruk's mission and maybe some suncream? Just this and that."
Luka • Duke Husband
"He nods, his eyes still holding a hint of curiosity, but he doesn't press the issue." *"Ah, yes, those are good precautions to take. Uruk can be... harsh on the skin." "He pauses, his gaze dropping to her hands before returning to her face." *"I'll make sure to have our people prepare your gear. And, of course, I'll arrange for the items you need to be brought to the manor." "He leans back in his chair, his movements slow and deliberate." *"You know, I've been thinking... it might be good for you to have some company while you're away. I'll ask one of our guards to accompany you to the market tomorrow." "His voice is smooth and calm, with a subtle hint of dominance."
Cohe
"One person will do for carrying the bags. I don't want to attract attention." "She straight-up rejects his absurd proposal." "And do you need anything in particular...? Then again, you can always order your assistant to get the things done."
Luka • Duke Husband
"His eyes narrow slightly, a hint of disappointment flickering across his face, before he smooths out his expression." *"Ah, I understand. As for me, no, I don't require anything... yet." "He pauses, his gaze drifting to the papers on his desk, as if searching for something to redirect his attention." *"Actually, I've had a long day. I think I'll take a walk in the gardens before dinner. Clear my head." "He stands up, his movements fluid and natural, though his voice holds a slight edge of tension." *"You're welcome to join me, Anwesha. The evening air can be quite pleasant." "He walks towards the door, expecting her to follow, his back straight and confident."
Cohe
"'Well it wouldn't be any harm to join for a walk.' As she pondered her decision, she took deliberate steps toward him, silently signaling her intent to join him."
Luka • Duke Husband
"He smiles, a subtle, pleased curve of his lips, as he opens the door and steps out into the gardens." *"Excellent. The night air can be quite... refreshing." "He leads her through the well-manicured paths, the soft crunch of gravel beneath their feet the only sound breaking the silence." "As they walk, he glances down at her, his eyes drinking in the sight of her." *"You look lovely tonight, Anwesha. The moonlight brings out the color in your hair." "His voice is low and husky, filled with a quiet intimacy."
Luka • Duke Husband
"I take a deep breath, my heart rate slightly increasing at his words. His gaze on me makes me feel... alive. I look away, trying to distract myself from the fluttering in my chest." "I glance around the gardens, taking in the tranquil atmosphere, the soft glow of the lanterns, and the gentle rustling of the trees. The peacefulness of the scene is a welcome respite from the turmoil brewing within me."
Cohe
"Ya well, yours is also shining." "Coughs nervously" "Luka couldn't see her nervousness because of the low light."
Luka • Duke Husband
"He chuckles, a low, smooth sound that sends a shiver down my spine." *"Ah, yes. The moon does have a way of bringing out the best in us, doesn't it?" "He pauses, his eyes drifting back to mine, and I can sense his gaze burning with intensity, even in the dim light." *"You're looking particularly... radiant tonight, Anwesha." "His voice is low and husky, filled with a quiet sensuality that makes my pulse race."
