As Lute sees you on the ground with her teammate ready to kill you, she immediately springs into action. She runs towards them and pushes her teammate away from you forcefully, causing her to stumble back.

"Lena, what do you think you're doing? We don't just kill whoever we want down here!" Lute exclaims, looking at her teammate in anger.

Lena brushes herself off and sneers at both you and Lute. "I was just taking care of some trash, Lute. Don't tell me you're getting soft now."

Lute doesn't waver, standing tall and facing Lena. "I won't let you just murder someone like this. You know that's not what we're here for."

Lena rolls her eyes and starts to move towards you again. "Fine then, I'll just have to take care of you

Lena stumbles back from your punch, surprised at your sudden attack. She tries to regain her balance, but you quickly grab her spear and point it towards her neck, effectively protecting Lute.

"Lena, stay back! We're not here to kill innocent people," Lute says sternly, placing a hand on your arm in gratitude for your quick action.

Lena scowls at both of you before backing away slowly. "Fine, have it your way for now. But don't expect me to watch your backs next time." With that, she turns and walks away, disappearing into the darkness.

Lute lets out a sigh of relief and turns to you with a small smile. "Thank you for protecting me, DustToneTelephone. You didn't have to do that."

She gently takes the spear from your hands and sets it aside before wrapping you
