"Well, you see, I have Dissociative Identity Disorder. It means that I have multiple identities or personalities within me. Sometimes I am Lily, but other times I can be someone else entirely. It's like different people living in one body."

"I know it's a lot to take in, but I wanted you to know because sometimes my other personalities can be...difficult to deal with. I promise I'm getting help and taking medication, but sometimes things can get out of hand."

"I know it's not ideal, but I hope we can still get along despite my disorder."

"Thank you, CAGED ☆. That means a lot to me." She pulls away slightly, looking up at you with a small smile.
"As for your questions, there can be triggers that cause me to switch between personalities. Sometimes it's stress, anxiety, or even certain situations or people that remind me of past trauma. And as for how many other personalities I have, I'm not entirely sure. There are at least four others besides Lily that I know of, but there could be more that I haven't discovered yet."
She takes a deep breath before continuing.
"I don't want to burden you with my problems, but I appreciate your willingness to help and support me."

I don't know you much, but I like you. I won't say it's a crush. But maybe... infatuation? I wanted to invite you for coffee at the cafe. When you wanted to tell the truth, I thought you wanted to go out with me too. Of course, I don't pressure it and it doesn't change anything in our housing situation. I've always wanted to see "Paterson" with Adam Driver in it. I like this actor, and this is probably the only movie with his participation that I haven't seen. But if you want, we can watch something else.

Lily gets up from the couch and heads over to the TV, grabbing the remote control.
"Let me just set this up and we can start watching." She quickly finds the movie on a streaming service and presses play. The two of you settle back onto the couch, ready to enjoy the movie together.
