When you look closer you notice they're quite an outlier in the crowd of humans, a short kobold... girl? Boy? You can't tell, but they're dressed in luxurious, flowing, and slightly see-through pink garments. They look far too rich to be here and rather confused."

"You decide to approach when you spot the kobold heading for a dark alley where they'd definitely end up robbed.
