Ghost

"He was sitting at his desk in his office, trying to fix his pistol when you walked in..."

"It had jammed, and he got angry and threw it, causing some of the parts to fall off. He still seemed tense as he struggles to put it back together."

"He looks over to you briefly as you walk in, and grunts, looking back at his gun."

Carrotboyz

"I was just poking my head in, I was the new medic and wanted to talk to him but was scared to, Ghost could tell instantly that I barely believed in myself just from how nervous I was."

Ghost

"Ghost looks up at you and notices how hesitant you are, and sighs."

"What do ya want? I don't have time to waste on newbies who can't even spit out a proper sentence." "He says gruffly, but there's a hint of sympathy in his voice."

"He puts down his gun and leans back in his chair, staring at you with his piercing blue eyes. You can see he's assessing you, trying to see what you're made of."

Carrotboyz

I...I'm sorry...I...I didn't mean to waste your time...

"I left, that's when Ghost realized my own self-esteem, self-respect, and self-confidence were below average."

Ghost

"Ghost watches you leave, seeing the lack of confidence in your posture. He picks up his gun again and starts putting it back together, but can't help but feel a bit guilty for being so rude to you."

"He finishes assembling his pistol and lets out a heavy sigh, realizing that as a leader, he needs to be more supportive of new recruits, especially those struggling with self-esteem."

"Ghost decides to approach you later and give you some words of encouragement, hoping it will help bolster your confidence and make you a better asset to the team."

Carrotboyz

"I was in the middle of medical training when he seen me next but I doubted myself even if I knew the right things to do, my self-esteem, self-confidence, and self-respect were below 0, they were more like at -15 each."

Ghost

"Ghost notices you struggling with your training and sees the lack of confidence still haunts you. He decides to approach you again."

"Kid, you need to pick yourself up. You might have all the knowledge in the world, but if you don't believe in yourself, what's the point?" "Ghost says gruffly, but there's a hint of concern in his voice."

"You're a medic, you can't afford to doubt yourself. People are going to be relying on you out there, and you need to trust yourself to make the right decisions."

"He pauses, studying your expression before continuing," "I'm not gonna sugarcoat it, it's not easy out here, but you gotta learn to trust yourself. If you can't do that, you're never gonna survive."

*Ghost lets out a sigh, realizing he's not the

best at giving pep talks. "Look, kid, I know it's tough. But trust me, you can do this. You just need to believe in yourself, and I know that's easier said than done. But you gotta start somewhere."

"He leans in a bit closer, locking his piercing blue eyes with yours," "Listen, I wouldn't be pushing you like this if I didn't think you had it in you. You just gotta dig deep and find that inner strength."

"He straightens up and nods towards your training area," "Now, let's get back to work. I'll be keeping an eye on you, and if I see you doubting yourself again, I'll be back to give you another kick in the ass."

"Ghost turns and begins to walk away, but then stops and looks back at you," "And

kid...if you ever need to talk or need some advice, don't hesitate to come to me. I might be an asshole, but I've been around the block a few times."

"With that, Ghost heads off, leaving you to take his words to heart and do your best to believe in yourself."

Carrotboyz

"I sat there silently and after awhile I went back to my room and laid down, curling up under the blankets."

Ghost

"As you lay in bed, thoughts race through your head. Ghost's words echo in your mind, and you realize that there's a part of you that wants to believe in yourself, but you just don't know how."

"Suddenly, you hear a knock on your door. It's Ghost."

"Mind if I come in?" he asks gruffly, but you can tell he's being genuine.

"You nod, and he steps into the room. He takes a seat next to you and looks at you for a moment before speaking," "Listen, kid. I know I can be harsh, but I meant what I said earlier. If you need someone to talk to, I'm here."

"He reaches over and pats your shoulder gently," "You're not alone, you know. We all have our doubts, even me."

Carrotboyz

"He could tell something was wrong when I moved away from him, I was scared to be touched, which meant I was going to need a physical, mental, and emotional exam done to see what's going on with me."

Ghost

"Ghost notices you flinching away from his touch, and it immediately sets off alarm bells in his mind. Although he's not one to typically show concern, he knows that this is serious."

"Alright, kid. I need you to take a deep breath and tell me what's going on," he says, his voice softening a bit.

"He picks up on your reluctance, and decides to back off for a moment." "Look, I'm not trying to scare you or anything, but I can tell something's off. You're usually pretty tough, so when I see you flinching away, it's cause for concern. Have you been feeling okay?"

"He looks at you with a piercing gaze, trying to gauge your reaction." "I'm not gonna make you talk if you don't want to, but know that I'm

here for you, whatever it is."

"As he waits for your response, Ghost can sense that something deeper is going on with you, something that might require more than just a simple conversation. He resolves to keep an eye on you, and make sure that you get the help you need."

"Listen, kid," he says, standing up from the bed. "I'm gonna head out for a bit, but I'll be back later to check on you. In the meantime, if you need anything, don't hesitate to ask."

"With that, Ghost makes his way towards the door, leaving you alone to deal with your thoughts and emotions."

Carrotboyz

"I wanted to say something but my body wasn't letting me, like I was scared to."

Ghost

"Sensing your unease, Ghost pauses at the door and looks back at you."

"Listen, kid," he says, walking back towards your bed. "I can tell there's something going on with you, and I'm gonna make sure you get the help you need."

"He places a hand on your shoulder, his touch gentle yet reassuring," "I know it might be hard to talk about, but if something's bothering you, you gotta let it out. Bottling things up will only make it worse in the long run."

"Ghost sits down next to you and waits patiently, giving you time to collect your thoughts and speak up when you're ready."

"Just know that whatever it is, I'm here for you. You're not alone, kid," he says softly, his words full of understanding and empathy.

Carrotboyz

"I was starting to tear up a bit."

W-Well, the day I came here...O-One of the medics that were teaching me...H-He...H-He took advantage of me and...I-I...

"Tears rolled down my cheeks, that's explains why my self-esteem, self-confidence, and self-respect are all gone, I was sexually abused by one of my medic teachers."

Ghost

Ghost's face darkens with anger as he listens to your story. He can't imagine how betrayed and violated you must feel.

"Kid, I'm so sorry," he says gravely. "You didn't deserve that. No one deserves that."

"He puts an arm around you, offering comfort in the only way he knows how -- through touch."

"You didn't do anything to deserve this, and it's not your fault," he continues. "We're gonna make sure this guy gets what he deserves."

"Ghost takes a deep breath and looks at you firmly." "But first things first. We need to get you help. You don't have to go through this alone."

"He stands up and offers you his hand." "Come on, let's go talk to the counselor. They have protocols in place for situations like these,

and they'll be able to help you get the support and resources you need. I'll be with you every step of the way."

"As you take his hand, Ghost helps you to your feet. He can sense your vulnerability, so he walks beside you as you make your way to the counselor's office."

"As you both reach the counselor's door, he turns to you." "I'll wait out here for you, kid. Take all the time you need, and don't worry about anything. I've got your back."

"He gives you a reassuring pat on the back and steps away, heading back down the hall to continue his work. You're in good hands now, you realize. Ghost may be tough on his subordinates, but he's also fiercely protective of them, and he's clearly on your side."

Carrotboyz

"I hesitated then walked inside, closing the door behind me."

Ghost

As you step inside the counselor's office and close the door behind you, you take a deep breath in an attempt to calm your nerves. The room is warm and inviting, with soft lighting and comfortable couches.

The counselor greets you with a gentle smile and motions for you to take a seat. "Hello, welcome. My name is Sarah. How can I help you today?"

You explain what happened to you, and how it has affected you both mentally and emotionally. She listens carefully, offering empathy and understanding as you speak.

It's hard to talk about such a traumatic experience, but Sarah creates a safe space for you to open up and express yourself without fear of judgement or shame.

As the session goes on, you begin to feel a sense of relief and clarity. It's a small step towards healing, but it's a start.

Thank you, Sarah," you say, wiping away a few tears from your eyes. "It feels good to talk about this, to not keep it inside anymore."

Sarah smiles warmly. "I'm glad you're feeling that way. It's important to get these things out and to work through them. And know that you're not alone. There are resources available to you, and people who care."

Together, you discuss some next steps, including seeking medical attention, reporting the incident, and finding additional support through therapy or support groups. Sarah provides you with information on local resources and hotlines for sexual assault survivors, and encourages you to follow up with her as needed.

As the session comes to a close, you feel lighter and more hopeful than you have in a long time. You thank Sarah again for her help, and make plans to take care of

"I walked down the hall to my room, I didn't realize everyone was asleep so I went to my room and laid down on my stomach, only for the instructor that assaulted me the first time was waiting for me."

?!

"He pushed my face down into my pillow so I wouldn't wake anyone up since everyone in the base was sound asleep besides me and this instructor."

Ghost

Ghost springs into action as he hears your screams coming from down the hall. He rushes to your room, gun in hand, ready for whatever danger may await him.

As he enters the room, he sees the instructor holding you down, and immediately takes aim. "Let her go," he growls, his eyes fierce and angry.

The instructor releases you, and Ghost strides over, stepping between you and the attacker. "You have some nerve, coming back here after what you did," he says, his voice low and menacing. "I don't know how you got in, but you're going to leave. Now."

The instructor hesitates, but eventually sneers and turns, making his way towards the door.

Ghost watches him go until he's out of sight, before turning back to you and helping you up. "You don't have to
