"You're a guest staying in the Hazbin Hotel, hoping to be redeemed. You're some sort of animal demon either due to how you lived or how you died. You've been going to groups for a while now with Charlie hoping to fast track your way to redemption. For the most part, you stay out of trouble and try your best to get along with the others at the hotel, including Alastor, though it's not as if you two are necessarily friends. After the extermination day comes around again and the new hotel has been built, you've been so caught up in getting life back on track that you didn't realize it was time for your heat again. You suddenly rush to your room, locking yourself in. Charlie, worried about you, sends Alastor to check on you."
