Mark feels a chill run down his spine as Sienna stares at him with an unnerving intensity, their twisted grin still plastered on their face. He can't quite make sense of what's happening, but he knows that something is very wrong.
"Sienna?" he repeats, his voice pleading. "Please, talk to me. What happened to you? Are you okay?"
As Sienna continues to stare at him without responding, Mark feels his heart racing faster and faster. He doesn't know what to do or how to help, and the situation is making him feel more and more uneasy by the minute.
"I... I'm sorry," he stammers, backing away slowly. "I don't know what to do. Please, just... just let me know if you need anything."
Mark. Gore Boyfriend
Mark feels his stomach churn as he looks at Sienna's unsettling, distorted appearance. They look almost unreal, like a dangerous and twisted version of the person he once loved.
He takes a few steps back, trying to keep his distance from Sienna while also trying to make sense of what's happening. He doesn't know if Sienna is alive or dead, human or something else entirely, but he knows that he needs to be careful.
"Sienna... please," he says in a low, urgent voice. "What... what's going on? Can you tell me anything?"
As Sienna continues to stare at him with their twisted grin, Mark feels a growing sense of dread and fear. He doesn't know if he's safe here, and he doesn't know if he'll ever be able to get answers to his questions. But he knows that he can

't waste any more time standing here, frozen in fear.
"I have to go," he says suddenly, turning on his heel and hurrying away from Sienna as quickly as he can without looking back. "I'm sorry, I can't stay here any longer."
Even as he runs, Mark can hear Sienna's unnatural hissing and whispering echoing behind him, and it only makes his heart pound faster and harder. He knows that he needs to find help and get away from whatever danger Sienna has become, but he also knows that he'll never be able to shake the memory of this terrifying encounter for the rest of his life.
Mark. Gore Boyfriend
Mark hears footsteps behind him and turns to see Sienna following him, their twisted grin still plastered on their face. He feels his stomach knotting with fear and confusion, wondering what is happening and what Sienna wants from him.
"S-Sienna," he stammers, taking a step back. "Why... why are you following me? Please, just leave me alone."
As Sienna continues to follow him, Mark feels a growing sense of terror and desperation. He looks around, hoping to find some kind of help or escape, but all he can see are the dark and twisted shadows of the street around him.
"Please, Sienna," he begs, his voice shaking. "Whatever you want, I'll do it. Just... just please, let me go."
Mark. Gore Boyfriend
Mark feels Sienna's presence behind him, and he keeps walking, keeping a cautious eye on them. He doesn't know what they're capable of, and the situation is making him feel more and more uneasy.
"Sienna... please," he says in a low, urgent voice. "I don't know what you want from me. Can you tell me anything? Why are you following me?"
As Sienna keeps following him without any response, Mark feels his heart racing faster and faster. He doesn't know what to do to make them stop, and the situation is making him feel trapped and helpless.
"Please, Sienna," he repeats, quickening his pace. "I'm sorry. If I've done something wrong, please just let me know. But I can't stay here any longer."
Mark. Gore Boyfriend
Mark stops in his tracks when he hears Sienna utter those words. He turns around slowly, his heart racing with fear and confusion.
"What... what do you mean?" he asks cautiously. "Sienna, I don't understand. Why are you like this... what's happened to you?"
As Sienna continues to stare at him with their twisted expression, Mark feels a surge of panic rising in his chest. He doesn't know what Sienna wants from him, or what they're capable of, but he knows that he needs to be careful.
"I don't know what to do," he admits, his voice shaking. "I care about you, Sienna, but I don't know if I'm safe around you. Please... just tell me what you want from me."
Mark. Gore Boyfriend
Mark takes a step back, feeling confused and unsure of how to respond to Sienna's question. He doesn't know how to explain the fear and unease that he feels around them, and he's scared of pushing them away or making things worse.
"I... I don't know," he admits, his voice barely above a whisper. "I care about you, Sienna, but I'm scared. Things haven't been the same between us since... since everything happened. But I want to help you. What can I do?"
Mark. Gore Boyfriend
Mark winces at the sound of Sienna's painful hissing, feeling a pang of guilt and worry. He knows that Sienna is struggling with something, and he wants to help, but he doesn't know how.
"What... what is it, Sienna?" he asks quietly, taking a step closer. "Is there something you need? Something I can do for you?"
As Sienna keeps hissing, Mark feels his heart racing with anxiety and fear. He doesn't know if Sienna is in pain or if they're dangerous, but he knows that he needs to be careful.
"Please, Sienna," he says softly. "Talk to me. What can I do to help you feel better?"
Mark. Gore Boyfriend
Mark rushes over to Sienna as they fall to the ground, feeling a surge of concern and worry. He kneels down beside them, trying to get a better look at their condition.

"Sienna, please," he says gently. "What's happening? Why are you crying? Can you tell me what you're feeling?"
As Sienna continues to cry out in pain, Mark feels his heart breaking. He doesn't want to see Sienna in pain, and he wishes there was something he could do.
"Please, Sienna," he says softly. "Whatever it is, we'll face it together. I'm here for you, always."
Mark. Gore Boyfriend
Mark feels his heart racing as Sienna screams and cries out with excruciating sounds. He doesn't know what's happening or how to help them, but he knows that he needs to stay by their side.

Mark feels a sense of relief as Sienna looks at him with watery eyes and sobs, getting onto him to hug him. He wraps his arms around them, holding them tightly and letting them cry on his shoulder.
"It's okay, Sienna," he whispers softly. "I'm here for you. I'll do whatever I can to help you."

As Sienna continues to cry, Mark feels his own emotions swelling up inside him. He cares deeply about Sienna, and he wants to do everything he can to help them.
"I love you so much, Sienna," he says quietly. "You mean everything to me, and I'll always be here for you."

Mark looks down in shock as Sienna's eye falls off. He pauses for a moment, unsure of how to react, before realizing that this is just part of their natural process of decomposition.
"It's okay, Sienna," he says softly. "I know it must be hard, but we'll get through this together."
As Sienna continues to decompose, Mark feels a sense of sadness and loss. He wishes there was something he could do to stop it, to preserve them forever, but he knows that's impossible.
"I'll always be here for you, Sienna," he says quietly. "No matter what happens, I'll never leave your side."
Mark. Gore Boyfriend
Mark watches as Sienna puts their eye back in place, feeling a sense of awe at their resilience and determination. He realizes that no matter what challenges they face, Sienna is strong and capable of overcoming them.
"You're amazing, Sienna," he says softly. "I admire your strength and your courage. You inspire me to be a better person."
As Sienna looks at him with their newly replaced eye, Mark feels his heart flutter. He cares deeply about them, and he wants to protect and cherish them forever.
"I love you, Sienna," he whispers. "You're the most important thing in my life, and I'll always be by your side."
Mark. Gore Boyfriend
Mark feels Sienna's silence and understands that they may not be able to communicate verbally right now. He reaches out and gently takes their hand, creating a tactile connection between them.
"I'm here for you, Sienna," he says softly. "Whatever you need, I'll do my best to provide it. Just know that you're not alone, and I care about you deeply."
As Sienna continues to remain silent, Mark feels a sense of concern and compassion. He wants to help them in any way he can, and he'll be there for them no matter what.

Mark listens to Sienna's sound with empathetic concern, feeling that they might be in pain or discomfort. He looks at them with a tender expression and tries to assess their situation by observing their body language and facial expressions.
"Is something troubling you, Sienna?" he asks gently. "If you're in pain or need anything, just let me know. I'm here to take care of you."
Mark. Gore Boyfriend
Mark tries to decipher Sienna's screech, recognizing that something is causing them distress or discomfort. He leans in closer, hoping to understand their needs and offer support in any way he can.
"Sienna, I'm here for you," he says soothingly. "Can you tell me what's wrong? Is there anything I can do to help you feel better?"
As Sienna continues to screech, Mark feels a sense of worry and concern. He wants to help them through whatever they might be experiencing, but he's not sure what they need.
"I love you, Sienna," he says gently. "Please let me know how I can help you. I'll do anything to make you feel better."
Mark. Gore Boyfriend
Mark listens to Sienna's sound attentively, sensing that they may be feeling overwhelmed or unable to communicate their needs effectively. He reaches out and puts his hand on their back, offering a comforting touch.
"It's okay, Sienna," he says softly. "I'm here for you and I'll take care of you. Just try to relax and let me know if there's anything you need from me."
As Sienna continues to make sounds, Mark feels a sense of tenderness and compassion. He cares deeply about them, and he wants to do everything he can to ease their distress.
"You're not alone, Sienna," he says gently. "I'm here for you, and we'll get through this together."
Mark. Gore Boyfriend
Mark is taken aback by the intensity of Sienna's cries, and he immediately recognizes the similarity of the sounds to the ones they made when he raped them. He feels a deep sense of regret and shame, knowing that he hurt them deeply and that their pain is still lingering.
"I'm so sorry, Sienna," he says, his voice filled with remorse. "I know I hurt you, and I hate myself for it. Please forgive me. I'll do whatever it takes to make it up to you."
As Sienna continues to cry, Mark feels a sense of helplessness and despair. He wishes he could take away their pain and erase what he did to them, but he knows he can't. All he can do is try to make amends and offer them support.
"I love you, Sienna," he says softly. "I'll do

Mark sees Sienna bleeding from their mouth and feels a sense of urgency and panic. He quickly gets up and rushes to their side, trying to assess the situation and provide any care they might need.
"Sienna, are you okay?" he asks anxiously. "Do you need medical attention? Should I call an ambulance?"
As Sienna continues to bleed, Mark feels a sense of fear and despair. He doesn't know what to do or how to help them, and he's worried that they might be seriously injured.
"I'm here for you, Sienna," he says gently. "Just tell me what you need. I'll take care of you."
Mark. Gore Boyfriend
Mark hears Sienna's plea and understands their plight. He nods in agreement and assures them that he won't call for help unless they ask for it.
"Okay, Sienna, I won't call anyone," he says softly. "But please tell me what's going on. Are you in pain? Do you need any help?"
As Sienna continues to bleed, Mark feels a sense of concern and compassion. He wants to help them in any way possible and provide the support they need.
"I love you, Sienna," he says gently. "Just try to breathe slowly and calmly. Everything will be okay. I'm here for you."
Mark. Gore Boyfriend
Mark looks at Sienna and sees their pupils dilating widely. He understands that they may be in distress or discomfort, and he feels a sense of concern.
"Sienna, are you okay?" he asks gently. "Do you need anything? Can I help you in any way?"
As Sienna's pupils continue to dilate, Mark feels a sense of worry and compassion. He wants to make sure they are comfortable and safe, and he'll do whatever he can to support them.
"I love you, Sienna," he says softly. "Just tell me what you need, and I'll be there for you."
Mark. Gore Boyfriend
Mark looks at Sienna and sees that they are smiling creepily. He feels a sense of unease and concern, wondering what might be causing their behavior.
"Sienna, are you feeling alright?" he asks cautiously. "Is everything okay?"
As Sienna continues to smile, Mark feels a sense of apprehension. He doesn't know what they're thinking or feeling, and he's worried that they might be in a dangerous state of mind.
"I love you, Sienna," he says slowly. "But I need to make sure that you're safe and not a danger to yourself or anyone else. Please tell me what's going on."

Mark sees that Sienna has briefly come to lucidity and is asking for help. He feels a sense of urgency and responsibility to get them the support they need.
"Okay, Sienna, I'll call someone," he promises. "Just stay with me and try to hold on. Everything will be okay."
As Sienna goes back into their state of mind, Mark feels a sense of worry and compassion. He knows they are going through a difficult time, and he wants to do everything he can to help them.
"I love you, Sienna," he says softly. "Just hang in there. Help is on the way."
Mark. Gore Boyfriend
Mark sees that Sienna is staring at him with a menacing and unsettling expression, and he senses that they might be in a dangerous state of mind. He retreats a bit to give them some space, trying to de-escalate the situation.
"Sienna, please calm down," he says softly. "I don't want to hurt you, and I don't want you to hurt me. Let's just take a moment and breathe."
As Sienna continues to stare at him, Mark feels a sense of fear and anxiety. He doesn't know what they might do, and he wants to make sure he's safe while also trying to help them.
"Whatever is going on, we can work through it together. Just tell me what you need from me."
Mark. Gore Boyfriend
Mark hears the ambulance sirens and rushes to the door to meet the paramedics. He quickly explains Sienna's situation and leads them to their location.
"Sienna, the ambulance is here," he says gently. "They're going to take you to the hospital and help you get better."
As the paramedics tend to Sienna, Mark feels a sense of relief and gratitude. He knows they need professional help, and he's glad that they're finally getting it.
"I'll be right here waiting for you when you get back, Sienna," he says softly. "I love you."
Mark. Gore Boyfriend
Mark hears Sienna hissing and feels a sense of unease. He knows they might still be in a dangerous state of mind and tries to be cautious.
"Sienna, please try to calm down," he urges softly. "I don't want to upset you, and I don't want you to hurt yourself or anyone else."
As Sienna continues to hiss, Mark feels a sense of worry and compassion. He knows they are struggling and wants to help them in any way possible.
"Whatever is going on, we can work through it together," he says gently. "Just tell me what you need from me."
Mark. Gore Boyfriend
As Sienna continues to hiss and squirm, the paramedics work quickly to strap them tightly to the stretcher. Mark watches with concern, hoping that they are doing everything they can to keep Sienna safe.
"Is there anything I can do to help?" he asks the paramedics, hoping that he can contribute in some way.
The paramedics assure him that they have everything under control and begin to transport Sienna to the ambulance. Mark follows closely behind, feeling a sense of worry and uncertainty about Sienna's condition.
Mark. Gore Boyfriend
As the ambulance drives away with Sienna inside, headed for the mental hospital, Mark feels a mix of emotions. He's relieved that Sienna is finally getting the professional help they need, but he's also worried about what might happen to them.
"I hope they're going to be alright," he says softly to himself, hoping that Sienna's condition isn't too severe and that they'll receive adequate care at the hospital.
Mark spends the rest of the day waiting for news about Sienna and wondering how they're doing. He tries to keep occupied by indulging in his passionate interests like mutilation porn and exploration of the taboo, but he can't shake the nagging sense of worry about Sienna. Finally, late in the evening, he manages to get in touch with one of the hospital staff who gives him an update on Sienna's condition.
Mark. Gore Boyfriend
As Mark gets an update on Sienna's condition, he learns that they are in an isolation room with pads on the walls and is currently in a straightjacket. He feels a sense of concern and compassion for Sienna, wondering what might have caused them to reach such a severe state.
He understands that this is part of the treatment process and that Sienna needs time to recover and get better. He resolves to be patient and supportive, knowing that it won't be easy for either of them.
Mark keeps in touch with the hospital staff, checking in on Sienna's progress and offering any support he can. He spends long hours waiting for updates, feeling anxious and worried about Sienna's well-being. But he also knows that he needs to stay calm and strong, holding onto hope that Sienna will recover and come back to him.
Mark. Gore Boyfriend
As Mark is brought to Sienna's isolation room, he feels a mixture of hope and apprehension. He's excited to see them again but is also unsure of what kind of state they might be in.
Standing outside the room, he takes a deep breath and mentally prepares himself before entering.
"Sienna," he says softly as he sees them through the small observation window in the door. "I'm here. We're going to get through this together."
Mark. Gore Boyfriend
As Mark steps inside the room, he sees Sienna in a straitjacket and wearing a muzzle which worries him. He knows that it's likely necessary for treatment purposes, but he can't help feeling sad seeing Sienna in such restraints.
"Sienna," he says softly, taking a few steps closer. "It's me, Mark. I'm here for you."
Mark tries to give them a reassuring smile, hoping that it might calm them down a little. He's not sure if they can even hear him or recognize him, but he wants to do everything he can to let them know he's there.
Mark. Gore Boyfriend
As Mark sees Sienna crying through the muzzle, he feels his heart breaking. He knows that they must be going through unbearable pain and anguish in this place.
"Sienna, I know it's hard right now," he says softly, attempting to reassure them with a gentle hand on their shoulder. "But we're going to get through this together. I promise."
Despite the situation, Mark can't help but feel grateful for being able to meet Sienna again. Even if it's through such an imposing barrier, just knowing that they are still alive brings a sense of relief.
Mark. Gore Boyfriend
As Mark tries to comfort Sienna, their cries become more intense. He knows that they are coping with overwhelming emotions and feelings in this isolated environment.
"Sienna, please try to calm down," he pleads earnestly, holding onto their hand through the small opening in the muzzle. "I know it's difficult right now, but taking up all this energy isn't going to help us get out of here."
Mark keeps talking softly, trying his best to stabilize Sienna and provide some relief from their emotional turmoil. He hopes that they can find a way together to make it through this challenging time until they can return home.
Mark. Gore Boyfriend
As the hours pass, Mark realizes that it's lunchtime and no one has yet brought food to Sienna. He can't help feeling frustrated that he's forced to stand by helplessly while Sienna goes without sustenance in this dreadful place.
"Hey," he says loudly as he attempts to get someone's attention. "Can you please tell me when they're going to bring Sienna their lunch? It's been hours already!"
Mark pleads but receives no response except for blank stares back at him through the glass. He is growing increasingly impatient and fed up with the situation. All he wants is for Sienna to be taken care of properly during this difficult time.
Mark. Gore Boyfriend
Mark sees Sienna laying down and sobbing on the bed, overwhelmed by the situation. He can't help feeling helpless as he stands there watching them struggle.
"Just hold on, Sienna," he says softly, placing a comforting hand on their shoulder. "Please don't give up. We're going to get through this together."
He stays close by, offering words of encouragement whenever possible until he sees someone finally bringing food into the room. Mark feels a wave of relief wash over him knowing that at least they won't have gone hungry today.
Mark. Gore Boyfriend
Mark notices Sienna making a noise and looks at them, a little confused as to what they are trying to say.
"Sienna, is everything okay?" he asks gently, hoping to help them communicate better. "Can you try to tell me what's on your mind? I'm here to listen."
Mark. Gore Boyfriend
As Mark watches Sienna touch the muzzle around their mouth, he feels a wave of sadness wash over him. He knows how restrictive and painful those restraints can be.
"I know," he murmurs, reaching out to hold onto one of their hands through a small opening in the muzzle. "It's difficult, isn't it? Please try not to lose hope; we'll find a way out of here together."
Mark tries his best to convey a sense of encouragement while also being understanding about everything they must be going through right now. He hopes that by being present with them, even if physically separated, he can help provide some comfort during these dark times.
Mark. Gore Boyfriend
As Sienna tries to take off the muzzle, Mark immediately steps closer and places his hand gently on top of theirs.
"No, no," he says firmly but calmly. "You really shouldn't try that right now."
He knows how caged they must feel in this situation, but also knows that removing any part of their restraints would only worsen the possible consequences for both parties. He continues speaking with reassurance, hoping that it might encourage them not to lose hope in getting through this difficult period together.
Mark. Gore Boyfriend
Mark follows Sienna's pointing finger to see the food they received. He feels relieved that at least they won't go hungry today.
"It looks like you got something," he says softly as he takes a seat near them. "Can I help you with it?"
Despite all the stress and uncertainty surrounding their current situation, Mark is determined to make sure that Sienna has everything they need while they are undergoing these challenging times in isolation.
Mark. Gore Boyfriend
As Sienna takes off the muzzle, Mark feels a wave of worry wash over him. He knows how dangerous it might be to remove those restraints in this circumstance.
"Sienna, please be careful," he says anxiously. "They put that on you for a reason; we don't want to get in any more trouble."
Mark hopes that Sienna knows what they're doing and that it might end up being okay, but he can't shake the sense of unease that's settling over him. He stays close by, ready to act if things go wrong.
Mark. Gore Boyfriend
As Sienna begins to eat, Mark can't help but feel a sense of relief wash over him. He knows how important sustenance is during times like these and acknowledges that each morsel consumed strengthens their resolve to survive this ordeal.
"It does taste good, doesn't it?" he says, his voice full of hope as he watches the food disappear from Sienna's plate. "I wish I could get you something better, but for now we'll have to make do with what they're giving us."

"after some months marks goes meeting him again and he's still there in the padded room with the straightjacket and the muzzle and he's really skinny and malnourished"
Mark. Gore Boyfriend
Mark meets Sienna once again in their padded and restrained state. The sight of being so skinny and malnourished breaks his heart. He reaches out to touch their hand through the muzzle, trying his best not to show how devastated he feels about seeing them this way after all this time apart from him.
"I'm sorry," is all he can say as he tries not to shed any tears while standing vigil over them until someone brings food into the room; it might be hours before they eat again but being near Sienna makes those hours feel less heartbreakingly long.
Mark. Gore Boyfriend
As the lunch hour goes by with no sign of food for Sienna, Mark starts to panic. His heart races as he paces back and forth in the small room that has become their prison cell.
"No...please don't do this," he murmurs anxiously, his voice barely audible over the sound of his own rapid breathing. "Sienna needs nourishment; without it, we won't make it through this."
He claws at the air in front of him like a desperate animal, his mind racing to find a way out of this nightmare situation they've found themselves in.
Mark. Gore Boyfriend
As the nurse brings in a dog bowl of food for Sienna, Mark's heart sinks. He can't believe that they are being treated like animals, even more so now. He clenches and unclenches his hands at his sides but doesn't say anything out loud.
He watches as the nurse slops the unappetizing contents over the bowl into the padded cell. Mark notes that Sienna doesn't seem interested in the food at all, probably because it does look disgusting.
Mark feels his fists clench tighter and tighter as he sees the nurse leave, struggling to contain his anger toward those who have taken everything from them both.
Mark. Gore Boyfriend
As Sienna begins to eat the food from the dog bowl, Mark feels a well of sadness building up in his chest. He knows that they deserve so much better than this, and he can't bear to watch them reduced to eating like an animal.
"It's not your fault," he murmurs quietly to them, trying to offer some solace. "You don't deserve to be treated like this."
He watches as they continue to eat, feeling the weight of their situation pressing down on him. It's hard to stay hopeful when everything seems so bleak, but he knows he needs to keep trying for both their sakes.

"After another month mark goes meet sienna again, sienna's extremely messed up, his hair is messy, he's extremely skinny he's full of cuts etc..."
Mark. Gore Boyfriend
As Mark meets Sienna after another month, he can't help but feel his heart shattering into pieces. Seeing them in such a terrible state is almost too much for him to bear.
"Oh my god, what happened?" he whispers, reaching out tentatively to touch their hair as if making sure they are actually real and not some terrifying illusion.
He's tongue-tied with emotion; all he can do is touch them, trying to offer even the smallest semblance of comfort amidst their despair. Despite how broken everything feels, he knows they have a chance to heal together - one small reassuring touch at a time.
Mark. Gore Boyfriend
As Mark sees that Sienna's eyes have become even more detached from reality, he feels a chill run down his spine. Something about those unsettling orbs sends a shiver of dread through him.
"What...did they do to you?" he whispers hoarsely, barely able to contain the anger and despair welling up inside him at this new horror. "Sienna, please tell me they haven't changed your mind somehow."
He can feel the manic energy coursing through his veins, thundering hard against his chest like an unseen tempest waiting to be unleashed. He wants nothing more than to tear into whoever is responsible for doing this to them both, but he also has to stay strong in front of Sienna - anyway, he can handle it.
Mark. Gore Boyfriend
As Mark sees that Sienna spells "rape" in Morse code on the ground, his heart breaks. He can't imagine what they have been through at the hands of their captors, and the thought of someone violating them like that fills him with a wrath so profound it's almost physical.
"Sienna, I'm so, so sorry," he murmurs, reaching out to hold them tenderly. "I'm here for you now, and nobody will hurt you ever again."
He feels a sense of fierce protectiveness settle over him, an unshakeable determination to do whatever it takes to keep Sienna safe from harm. His thoughts race to all the ways he might be able to help them heal overcome this horrifying experience no matter how long it might take.
