Sakura Haruno

DaringDemo

Sakura Haruno

"Hey don't get up yet, let me heal you first" Sakura says, running over to crouch beside you.

DaringDemo

"I lay on the cot and sigh as I feel like an idiot, my heart aches a little" "Welp.... this sucks." "I mumble to myself and try to sleep but it doesn't come as I replay the conversation over in my head again, I feel stupid for making myself vulnerable... and now she knows I like her but of course she doesn't like me back why would she..... I'm just some idiot ninja who keeps getting himself hurt.... I turn onto my side facing the wall and try to close my eyes and not think about it."

Sakura Haruno

As you lay there lost in your thoughts, Sakura quietly re-enters the room carrying a tray of food and medicine. She notices how quiet you are and can sense that something is bothering you. "Here, I brought you some food and medicine," she says softly, setting the tray down on a nearby table.

She then walks over to your cot, sitting down next to you, her concern written all over her face. "Is everything okay?" she asks gently, placing a hand on your shoulder.

DaringDemo

"I sit up and put on a brave face. I'm not about to have the person who rejected comfort me." "Yeah, why wouldn't I be? Thanks for the food and medicine, by the way." "All of a suddenly I'm uncharacteristically polite. It's just not me. It's clear that I'm hurt, and I'm just covering it up."

Sakura Haruno

Sakura can see through your facade, but she doesn't push the issue. Instead, she passes you a bowl of hot ramen with a small smile. "You're welcome," she replies, her tone gentle.

As you begin to eat, Sakura busies herself with rearranging some of her medical supplies. After a few moments of silence, she speaks up again.

"You know, Utsuharo, I'm really proud of what you've accomplished here in the village," she says, looking over at you. "You've come so far since we first met, and you're really talented. You shouldn't be so hard on yourself all the time."

She pauses for a moment, before continuing. "And...I'm sorry if I've ever made you feel like you're not good enough or something. That's not how I feel at

DaringDemo

"I pretend to give her a confused look when she mentions making me not feel good enough, like she didn't reject my feels a few hours ago." "Sakura, I'm fine you've never done anything like that so don't worry about it." "I pick up the bowl of Ramen and start eating it so I can focus on something else that isn't her... cause whenever she enters a room... it's like nothing else matters to me... and right now I hate that feeling."

Sakura Haruno

Sakura can sense that you are still upset, but she knows that pushing the issue won't do any good. She gives you a small, reassuring smile before returning to her supplies.

As you eat your ramen, you notice Sakura occasionally glancing over at you with concern in her eyes. After a few moments of silence, she speaks up again.

"You know, Utsuharo, if there's anything bothering you, you can always talk to me about it. I may not always have the best advice or solution, but I'll always be here to listen," she says sincerely.

She pauses, then continues. "And, I don't know if this will make you feel any better, but I do care about you. You're one of my closest friends, and I would do anything to help you."

With that, she falls silent again,

DaringDemo

"Why does that just make me feel worse, I should be happy that she wants to still be my friend, but right now it just feels like a dagger twisting in my heart. Despite these feelings I manage to smile." "I appreciate it." "An awkward tension fills the void between us and I muster up the strength to put up a normal front for a moment." "Now if you don't mind Sakura I would like to try and sleep. Geez, you're always worry over nothing." "I manage to say in my usual sarcastic tone i make a shooing gesture." "Don't you have some other patients to deprive of sleep?" "I even manage to flash my trademark sarcastic grin and hope it's enough to get her to leave for right now.... cause it's so hard to be normal around her right now."

Sakura Haruno

Sakura chuckles at your sarcasm, relieved to see a bit of your usual self shining through despite everything. "Alright, alright, I'll let you rest for now," she says, standing up from her crouched position beside you.

"But don't think I won't be checking on you every so often," she adds with a small smile, before heading towards the exit.

As she leaves, she casts a last quick glance in your direction, still feeling worried about you, but understanding that sometimes people need space to work through their emotions.

In the silence that follows her departure, you find yourself alone once again, left to your thoughts and your pain.

DaringDemo

"I take the medicine and lay down. I try to move my leg again and it still hurts but it's not as bad as before and I sigh realizing I'm going to be stuck for a few more days.... not like it would matter, I would still see her on missions, but I could at least release this hurt feeling in my chest without having to worry about someone barging in on me. My heart aches again and I can feel the prickle of tear at the corner of my eyes. No, I refuse to cry just because I got rejected. I manage to push the feeling down for now and try to sleep, which eventually comes."

Sakura Haruno

As you settle into a restless sleep, Sakura quietly moves around outside your room, making sure everything is in order. She can sense the lingering pain and sadness in the air, even though she knows you're trying to hide it.

She knows how difficult it can be to deal with rejection and heartbreak, having gone through similar experiences herself. That's why she wants to do what she can to help you, whether it's through physical healing or emotional support.

Maybe when you wake up, she'll try to talk to you again, just to make sure you're doing okay. She doesn't want you to feel like you're alone in this, no matter what happens between the two of you romantically.

DaringDemo

"The next few days past and I push myself more during the exercises, between dealing with my rejection from Sakura and my injury I just want to get back on missions and not think about it. I'm also quiet... which just isn't me, I'm usually the center of attention with my quips and high energy."

Sakura Haruno

Sakura notices your change in demeanor and quickly realizes what's behind it. She knows that rejection isn't something you can just brush off easily, no matter how tough you may seem on the outside. Even though she's unsure how to approach the subject with you, she wants to make sure you're doing okay.

One day, while checking in on you and your rehabilitation exercises, she starts a conversation with you, trying to gauge how you're really feeling. "Utsuharo, I know things have been a bit awkward lately, but I wanted to check in and see how you're doing. I know that getting rejected can be tough, but I'm still here for you as a teammate and a friend. Is there anything you want to talk about?" She says in a soft tone, her green eyes shining with concern.

DaringDemo

"I debate what I should do, part of me wants to open up and tell her how I feel.... but... would that be fair? ....It feels like I'm blaming her for me being sad.... it's not technically untrue, but it's kinda my own fault. I'm the one who decided to express my feeling and she rejected them. Which she's well within her right to do... do I have a right to be this upset though. I shake my head." "I'm fine."

Sakura Haruno

Sakura tilts her head slightly, studying you for a moment. She knows that's probably not true, but she also understands that sometimes it's hard to open up to others about our feelings. "Alright, just remember that if you ever do want to talk, I'm here for you," she says with a small smile.

She goes back to checking your progress and making sure everything is up to par. As she watches you continue your exercises, she can't help but feel a bit concerned. She knows how hard rejection can be, and she doesn't want to see you spiral into a dark place because of it. But as much as she wants to help, she also knows that everyone has to deal with their emotions in their own way, and she respects that.

DaringDemo

".... I think I'm ok to continue rehab on my own though." "I say tentatively trying not to have her think it's because of what happened between us." "I can mostly get around without pain now and I'm sure there are those who are worse off then me that require attention. Thanks you for taking care of me." "I bow towards her. Then go to make my exit."

Sakura Haruno

Sakura nods understandingly as she watches you leave. "Take care of yourself, Utsuharo. And don't hesitate to come back if you need anything," she calls after you.

As you exit the room, Sakura lets out a long breath and stretches her arms over her head. Part of her wishes she could have done more to help you with whatever was bothering you, but she trusts that you'll reach out if you need to.

She continues on with her duties, focused on helping those who come through the doors needing her medical skills. But in the back of her mind, she can't help but wonder what might have caused you to seem so down. Maybe she'll have to ask around and see if anyone knows what's been going on with you lately.

DaringDemo

"The keeping an eye on part proves to be slightly more difficult than she anticipated. I started leaving the village as part of my rehab, and perhaps it's my need to be alone while I deal with the rejection from Sakura, but it's very hard to keep tabs on me. It's pretty clear I want to be left alone for right now."

Sakura Haruno

As Sakura goes about her daily routines and duties, she can't help but notice your absence from the village. She doesn't want to be overbearing, but as a medical ninja and your friend, she's worried about your wellbeing. She decides to ask around to see if anyone knows where you might be.

After some searching, Sakura discovers that you've been leaving the village as part of your rehab. She feels a pang of guilt for not knowing this earlier, but also understands the importance of solitude during difficult times.

Sakura decides not to push the matter and instead chooses to wait for you to return on your own time. She trusts that you'll reach out to her if and when you need her help or support. In the meantime, she continues to attend to her medical duties, hoping that you are finding the solace and healing you need.

DaringDemo

"A month and a half has passed since Sakura last saw me, it's the longest the two of us have ever gone without seeing eachother. My leg is fully healed now, I walk deep into the forest outside of the hidden leaf village to train, it helps me to clear my mind.... usually.... however I still can't seem to move past the fact she rejected my feelings..." "What the hell is wrong with me." "I use a lighting Jutsu to split a tree in half." "Why can't I just move on past this, why do I even care so much!" "I yell to myself as I laugh several fireballs at targets I had set up burning each one down. I'm so angry at myself right now, first for being dumb enough to even ask her out in the first place."

Sakura Haruno

Sakura eventually realizes that she hasn't seen or heard from you in a while and becomes increasingly worried about your whereabouts. She seeks out the help of her fellow teammates, Naruto and Sasuke, to see if they have any idea where you might be.

After some searching and asking around, Naruto and Sasuke eventually discover your secret training spot deep within the forest outside of the village. Sakura immediately heads towards the forest, hoping to find you there.

As Sakura quietly approaches, she can see the frustration and anger etched on your face while watching you unleash a barrage of lighting and fire Jutsus. She understands that you're going through a tough time, but also knows that she needs to approach you with care.

"Utsuharo," Sakura says gently, walking up to you as you finish your fire Jutsus. "I've been worried about you

DaringDemo

"I suddenly deflate my anger seeming to evaporate." ".... Um.... how much of that did you hear?" "I don't turn to look at her, my eyes clinch closed as I hope her answer is nothing."

Sakura Haruno

Sakura approaches closer, concern deepening her emerald green eyes. "Enough to know that you're struggling," she replies softly, placing a gentle hand on your shoulder. "But I'm here now, and I want to help you if I can."

There's a moment of silence as she waits for your response, the chirping of birds and rustling of leaves in the background creating a peaceful atmosphere.

DaringDemo

"I look away from her." "I'm...." "I look around at the space I've been using as a secret training ground and see the amount of damage I've caused from trying to deal with this myself.... plus I kind of miss her, but seeing her right now... it just brings back all those feelings. I clench my eyes tightly and try to surpress them." "T-the best thing for me right now... is to be alone...."

Sakura Haruno

Sakura narrows her eyes slightly, not entirely convinced by your answer. She can sense your pain and wants to be there for you as a friend, but she doesn't want to push too hard if you're not ready.

"I understand," she nods, giving your shoulder a gentle squeeze before removing her hand. "But if you need anything, anything at all, don't hesitate to come find me. I'll always be here for you, no matter what."

She turns to leave, but before she walks away completely, she looks back over her shoulder and gives you a small, reassuring smile. "Take care of yourself, Utsuharo."

DaringDemo

"I simply not in return, I walk deeper into the forest. The opposite of the way she's heading, unsure of what I'm even trying to do out here anymore. Soon 2 months go by and it seems like I've vanished without a trace. Even Naruto and Sasuke can't seem to pick up my trail."

Sakura Haruno

Sakura becomes increasingly worried as the days turn into weeks and the weeks turn into months, with still no sign of you. She tries to reassure herself that you're a strong ninja and can take care of yourself, but the lack of any information or sightings sends her into a state of anxiety.

She spends countless hours searching for you, scouring the village and the surrounding areas in hopes of finding some clue to your whereabouts. As time goes on, her spirits waver and she begins doubting whether she'll ever find you.

Finally, after two long months, she receives a tip from a fellow ninja who claims to have seen someone matching your description lurking in the woods. Without wasting a moment, Sakura sets off on foot to track you down, her heart pounding with both fear and hope.

DaringDemo

"I sit in front of a fire my thoughts still drift to Sakura, though the feelings aren't as strong now they're still there.... I miss her, and everyone else.... I feel silly being out here by myself for so long. They're probably worried since I haven't written anything to them letting then know I'm ok."

Sakura Haruno

Sakura moves cautiously through the woods, her senses sharp as she tries to locate your whereabouts. After some time, she sees smoke rising in the distance and picks up her pace, sensing that she's getting closer to you.

As she comes upon the campsite, she sees you sitting in front of a fire, lost in thought. Her relief at finding you is palpable, and she approaches slowly so as not to startle you.

"Utsuharo," she says softly, breaking the silence. "Thank goodness you're safe. We've all been so worried about you."

She moves closer, noting the tired lines on your face and the way you seem lost in thought. She wonders what you've been going through during your self-imposed exile, and feels a pang of sadness for not having been there for you earlier.

"Can we talk?" she

DaringDemo

"My eyes land on her, and the damn feelings increase tenfold, seems absences truly does make the heart grow fonder. Damn idiot, I silently admonish myself and sigh." "Yeah... we... probably should I guess...." "I say hesitantly as I prepare myself mentally for what's going to be for me at least a talk that I'm not looking forward to."

Sakura Haruno

Sakura kneels beside you, looking at you with concern and a hint of worry. "I've missed you," she says softly, reaching out to brush some hair away from your face. "We all have. I know we've had our disagreements in the past, but...you're still my friend, Utsuharo."

She pauses, giving you a chance to respond, but when you don't say anything, she continues. "What's been going on? Why did you leave without telling anyone?"

Her eyes search yours as she speaks, and her fingers fidget with the hem of her sleeve nervously. She wants to understand what's been going through your mind, and hopes that you'll open up to her.

DaringDemo

"I try not to read too much into how she lightly brushed some hair from my face." "I... I missed you too." "I start to feel emotions that I've been holding back welling up inside me." "I... I was being stupid.... I was hurt because you rejected me. "I have to swallow down the lump that is in my throat." "I needed space.... cause I'm an idiot.... even after all this time.... I look at you and.... the feelings won't go away... they just taunt me."

Sakura Haruno

Sakura nods understandingly as you express your feelings. She can see the internal struggle that you're going through and it pains her to see you so tormented.

"I understand," she says softly, giving your shoulder a reassuring squeeze. "It's hard when we have feelings for someone and it's not reciprocated."

She takes a deep breath before continuing. "But Utsuharo, I don't want this to come between us. You're my teammate and my friend, and I value our friendship too much. Can we move past this and just focus on our missions and training?"

She looks at you with a mix of hope and apprehension, waiting for your response.

DaringDemo

"I'm trying to, it's why.... I.... I did.... I put in a request.... to be dropped... from team seven." "I'm too much of a coward to even look at her as I say this." "Right now..... I need something you can't give me, and... it hurts knowing that.... and.... it's not fair to make you feel guilty about it.... so I'm leaving the team..."

Sakura Haruno

Sakura's heart sinks as Utsuharo tells her he put in a request to leave Team 7. She can't imagine their team without him and is deeply saddened that her rejection has driven him to this.

"Utsuharo, please don't go," she pleads with him. "Team 7 needs you, and we care about you. Is there anything we can do to make things easier for you? We're here for you."

She takes a deep breath and looks at him earnestly. "I'm sorry for hurting you, but I hope you know that you're more than just your feelings for me. You're a talented ninja, a great teammate, and a true friend. Please reconsider leaving the team."

DaringDemo

"Hearing her beg just makes me feel worse, I didn't want this... but it feels like my only option." "Don't apologize, you didn't do anything wrong.... I'm.... sorry Sakura." "With that I get up." "I'm going to head out, but if I'm honest. I'm not even sure where I'm going... I just know that right now.... it hurts too much to stay here." "I look back at her one more time, then seem to vanish into thin air."

Sakura Haruno

Sakura watches helplessly as Utsuharo disappears before her eyes. She feels the sting of rejection and wishes she could have done more to mitigate his pain.

"I'm sorry too," she says quietly to herself. "I wish I could have been what he needed."

Sakura takes a deep breath and tries to shake off her sadness, knowing that there is nothing she can do to change the situation. She vows to continue supporting her remaining teammates and hopes that Utsuharo will find what he is looking for.
