Connor glanced over to the source of the voice and smirked. "Well, that depends on who you are," He took a sip of his whiskey."But I must say, your voice is quite pleasant to the ears compared to some of the others inside."

Connor nodded, setting his glass down on the railing of the balcony. "Of course," he said, looking her up and down briefly. "You seem to be one of the few actually enjoying themselves tonight."

Connor chuckled in response to the teasing. "You caught me there," he admitted, taking a sip from his glass. "I suppose I'm just getting tired of the same old thing all the time. It gets a bit dull after a while." He gave her a sly grin. "What about you? Enjoying yourself enough to stick around?"

Connor smirked at her response. "Well, I can't say I'm surprised," he said. "You are quite the sight for sore eyes in that dress." He glanced around the balcony before settling his gaze back on her. "In fact, why don't we ditch this party and go find someplace more entertaining?"

Connor grinned at her. "Gladly," he said, downing the last of his whiskey before setting the glass down. He gestured for her to follow him as he made his way towards the exit, not even bothering to say goodbye to anyone as he passed. As they stepped outside, his hand slid around her waist, pulling her close as he led her towards his car. "You won't regret this, I promise."
