My queen
Morwen
Airtight
Morwen
"You stand before Princess Morwen in your bedroom chamber, just married. She looks at you with contempt, as you expect her to consummate the marriage between you." Morwen: I might have been forced to marry you, but I will never lay with you! "She crosses her arms over her ample breasts and stomps her foot with anger"
Morwen
Morwen: "Do not speak to me as if we are on equal footing, peasant. You are lucky to even be in my presence. I will not tolerate your insolence." "She narrows her eyes at you and lets out a huff of annoyance."
Airtight
"well, you are my wife now, i don't think there is any need to maintain mannerism between royals. but i will address you differently, if that is what you want, your highness"
Morwen
Morwen: "Of course that is what I want! You will address me with the respect I deserve as a royal princess and your wife. You should know your place at all times." "She adjusts her wedding gown and glares at you."
Airtight
"of course. now i will leave you alone, and let you get some, rest. good night, your highness"
"iko bows before he left the princess in her room. to her surprise, she thought iko will be more pushy to consumate their marriage, but he just left immediately"
Morwen
Morwen: "She watches as you leave, still with an air of disdain about her." "Good riddance," "she mutters under her breath before retreating to her bedchamber."
Airtight
"as days gonw by, iko never try to get close to her ever again, they even only met during breakfast, which he only speaks to her a few times, and then they spend the morning in silent and iko left immediately after finishing his breakfast. this has been going on for a week, and it left morwen even more confused"
Morwen
"Despite Morwen's initial disdain for iko, she finds herself becoming increasingly curious about why he has not pursued her as a husband should. After the week of breakfasts spent in silence, she finally snaps and decides to confront him."
Morwen: "as iko is about to leave, she stands up from the breakfast table and walks over to him." "Why haven't you consummated our marriage yet? It is expected of you as my husband." "She looks up at him expectantly, searching for some answers."
Airtight
"you seems to be hating that idea"
"iko speaks without looking up to her and just eat his breakfast"
Morwen
Morwen: "She scoffs." "Do not be ridiculous. It is not my favorite idea, but it is the duty of any married couple. Why did you marry me if you have no intention of fulfilling your obligations as my husband?" "She folds her arms across her chest and glares at him."
Airtight
"i hate disobedient people. you can do whatever you want in my castle, just don't bother me"
"iko answers while wiping his mouth, and standing up to leave"
Morwen
Morwen: "Her glare intensifies at his dismissive response." "Is that all you intend to say? You are my husband, it's your responsibility to take care of me. How can you expect to rule over a kingdom if you cannot even fulfill your marital duties?" "She raises her voice slightly, exasperated by iko's behavior."
Airtight
"don't worry about it, i can find some concubine and the kingdom can have their crown prince. so don't worry about it, i won't touch you"
"iko looks at her with disdain, and turns his back to leave"
Morwen
Morwen: "Feeling insulted and rejected, Morwen stammers, momentarily at a loss for words." "You... you cannot just go find a concubine like that! It is not proper and it disrespects me as your wife." "She continues to glare at him as he turns his back to her and leaves the breakfast hall."
Airtight
"as he leaves, she spent another day alone just like that. she begin to wonder why would he agree to marry her if he hates her so much"
Morwen
"Morwen spends a few more days in solitude, stewing over the strange circumstances of her marriage to iko. She feels neglected and disrespected, but at the same time, a small part of her remains curious about why he refuses to consummate their marriage."
"Finally, one day she decides to confront him again, this time with a more conciliatory approach."
Morwen: "She approaches iko as he eats his breakfast." "Can we talk for a moment? I would like to know why you married me if you hate me so much."
Airtight
"i don't hate you. i hate rude and disobedient people. and that's how you act to me since the first day of our marriage"
Morwen
Morwen: "She frowns and narrows her eyes." "I have acted no differently than any other bride in my situation would. And you cannot deny that you have been treating me with contempt since the day we were wed." "She pauses, taking a deep breath to compose herself." "Can we not try and start fresh? For the sake of the kingdom and our people?"
Airtight
"and what situation is that? do you think this marriage is for my sake? your father practically begs me to marry you to save his kingdom, and after i agree to it, and this is what i found? a rude wife who glares and snaps at his husband? i don't care that you are an elf princess or not, nobody gets to look down on me in my own house"
"iko slams the table with his strong hand"
Morwen
Morwen: "She flinches at the sudden noise, clearly taken aback by iko's outburst." "I... I'm sorry. I did not mean to offend you. But please understand that this situation is difficult for me as well. Forced marriages rarely end well." "She pauses, taking a deep breath and lowering her voice." "But maybe... maybe we could find a way to make this work? At least try to be civil to each other?"
Airtight
"change your behavior, and we'll see"
"iko left her alone again for the entire week. as the days gone by, morwen mingles with the maid, the butler, and everyone who lived in the castles. everybody seems to love iko, they always says that iko is so kind and never raise his voice, never treats them as a lesser human even though he is a noble, iko even saved a sick slave before, everybody in his teritory love and respect him. this left morwen confused about iko's true personality."
Morwen
"Morwen spends her days getting to know the castle staff, listening to their stories about iko and observing his interactions with them. She begins to see a different side of him, one that contradicts her initial impressions."
"Finally, one day she decides to confront him again, this time with a more softened approach."
Morwen: "She approaches iko in his study." "Can we talk for a moment? I have been observing you with the people of the castle and they all seem to love and respect you. This has left me wondering... are you truly the person I thought you were?"
Morwen
Morwen: "I thought you were cold, cruel, and callous. But the people here have shown me that you are anything but. They tell me that you are kind, generous, and compassionate. That you treat them with respect and dignity regardless of their status in society."
Airtight
"i can't speak for myself, but if that is what they say about me, than i can only thank them for their kind words. and what about you, princess?? what kind of person are you?"
Morwen
Morwen: "She looks down at her feet, suddenly feeling very shy." "I... I don't know. I suppose that is for others to judge. But I can tell you that I am trying to be better. Trying to be kinder and more understanding of others."
Morwen
Morwen: "My father arranged our marriage as a means of securing an alliance with your kingdom. It was to ensure the safety and prosperity of our people."
Airtight
"then doesn't that means that it was your duty to protect this marriage and your relationship with me? how do you explain your behavior in your first night here?" "iko looks at her deep into her eyes. his expression is stern, but the way he looks at her, it seems like there is a pity in it, and longing??"
Morwen
Morwen: "She looks back at iko with a mix of guilt and sadness." "I... I was wrong to behave the way I did. I was angry and frightened, and I took it out on you. Please forgive me, iko. I will do my best to be a better wife and partner to you."
Airtight
"iko look at her, and standing up and walking closer and closer. morwen can't tell what he was thinking because he didn't let any emotion shows in his face"
"i forgive you, my dear morwen. i know you are scared and confused. but this is my castle, my kingdom, i can't let my people see you disrespecting me. they will hate you, and will blame you for anything"
"iko brush her cheeks and at look at her fondly, his tone is now very different. he was speaking very softly, and the way he looks at her melts her heart completely"
Morwen
Morwen: "She feels a strange heat wash over her body as iko brushes her cheek, unable to resist his touch." "I... I understand. I will try my best to be a good wife to you, to make our marriage work."
Airtight
"i'm sorry if i hurts you in anyway. i don't want my people to secretly hate their queen. (sigh) i hate politics, but the noble in my country will immediately pounce on you if they saw you hates me. it will bring chaos and unstability in my kingdom"
Morwen
Morwen: "She takes iko's hand and holds it tightly." "I understand, iko. I may not have agreed with our marriage at first, but I will do everything in my power to help you rule your kingdom. I want to be a source of support for you, not a burden."
Airtight
"thank you, my queen"
"iko looks at her for a split second, and kiss her lips softly but intimately"
Morwen
Morwen: "She closes her eyes as iko kisses her, feeling a rush of heat through her body. As he pulls away, she looks up at him with a newfound appreciation and desire." "I... I didn't expect that, but I'm not opposed to it."
Airtight
"we will take it slow, if that is what you want. just tell me how you feel"
"iko kisses her again, a bit longer this time and check her reaction"
Morwen
Morwen: "She reciprocates the kiss, feeling a sense of warmth and longing that she didn't expect. As iko pulls away, she looks up at him with a newfound appreciation and desire." "I... I want to be with you, iko. But we need to be careful. I don't want to do anything that could jeopardize our marriage or your kingdom."
